Kha'Zix

Hello everyone and welcome to my first guide on mobafire concerning
Kha'Zix.I hope u upvote this guide because i have spent a lot of time trying to put it together and teach you ways in which this insect can be devastating to enemy teams. This guide does not only emphasize on the build itself but goes beyond it so as to offer you an all rounded perspective about this new assasin that has recently joined the community

Pros
[*] Huge burst
[*] Good at farming
[*] high survivability

[*] extremely fun to play
[*] assasin
[*] not item dependant
[*] good at jungling as well
Cons
[*]not so much cc
[*]bad dance emote
[*]squishy early game
[*]a bit mana dependant again early game

So you reached level 6 and its the time to decide which ability to evolve. Well, i go first for

Ability Sequence

Early Game
So the game starts and you choose the lane you wish to be either top or bot.

Mid Game
By now you should have got around 2-3 kills and why not more? :). So when you buy your next choice will be

Late Game
Your

SITUATIONAL ITEMS

WARDS and more wards....
What peple fail to understand is the power that sight
can offer. They can help you gank, they can help you escape, they can help you arrange team fights and more.
ELIXIRS
Lets say you have 250 + extra money, you have

When to buy?
[*] Before Baron
[*] Before teamfight
[*] After complete build

0.95 Attack Damage Per Rune
Total of 8.55 Attack Damage
These runes are great for Kha'Zix because it allows him to cs especially combined with his high base AD. It also gives him better scaling on his passive

1.41 Armor per rune
Total of to 12.69 armor
It allows you to mitigate against early game harass at bot lane which the AD carry will auto attack to harass you. It also allows you to take some minion damage if you do happen to harass and draw minion aggro since minions are really strong early game

0.15 magic resist per level (2.7 at champion level 18) per rune[
Total of 24.3 Magic Resist at Level 18
These runes are used so you're not completely vulnerable to AP burst casters. It's scaling because they're not as effective early game as they are late game, not to mention your MR doesn't increase every level and these essentially give you a scaling. It may also help against harassing AD Carries/Supports with magic damage skills.

2.25 attack damage per rune
Rounded up to 7 Attack Damage
It gives a small amount of additional damage abilities, it allows early game harass and easier last hitting. Especially ocmbined with

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THESE RUNES ARE NOT THE ONLY SOLID RUNES TO GO WITH, THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES DEPENDING ON YOUR STYLE!!!!!

Offensive Masteries

Summoner's Wrath:This is the mastery that improves your Ignite, overall this is just something that the best in slot. Besides, if you use your Ignite, you get 5 AD instead of dealing 4 more damage to minions.
Brute Force: You gain 3 Attack Damage from this mastery at 4 point, it basically allows you to farm much better, it allows for more harass and some

Alacrity: This gives you 6% attack speed at 4 points, since Kha'zix]] benefits from it , why not?
Weapon Expertise: This is great for some late game damage, and all your physical damage including your abilities will utilize the 10% armor penetration.
Deadliness: This gives you .5 AD per level at 4 points, totaling to 9 AD at level 18, which is nice, it gives you some more Attack Damage on top of your runes and Brute Force + the base scaling.
Lethality: This gives you 10% more critical damage, it won't be effective early game simply because you don't rush critical strikes early game, but as the game progresses and you start buying your

Vampirism: This gives you 3% lifesteal at 3 points, which is nice, I mean you get some health just from auto attacking. This combined with Vampiric Sceptor + x2 Doran's Blade as i mentioned earlier can really help you in lane if you're damaged.
Sunder: This gives you +6 armor penetration at 3 points, which is nearly half of how much armor you receive from your runes. It allows for better harass and auto attacking the opposing AD carry.
Executioner: This increases your damage dealt by 6% when a target is below 40% health and this scales tremendously with your

General Explanation
Standard AD carry offensive masteries placement. The reason for that is you benefit from all the stats that are given. The other offensive masteries is damage intended for Ability Power champions, and

Defensive Masteries
Hardiness: This gives you 6 armor if you put 3 points in. This on top of your runes, passive, and high base armor? It makes trading with you even more difficult!
Resistance: This is just the best in slot giving 2 magic resist at level 1, better than taking less damage in minions or putting a point in something that improves a summoner spell you're not using.
Durability: This gives 6 health per level (108 health at level 18) at 4 points in. This combined with your armor/magic resistance can make you more tanky than other AD carry, and gives you more overall survivability.
Veteran Scars: If you place one point into this, you receive 30 health. 30 health is nice for the laning phase, again like Durability, combined with your passive can make you more tankier.
General Explanation
Why defensive mastieries? Because Kha'zix already had such an advantage in lane (harassment, innate tankyness), with your runes and masteries on top of this, it's very difficult to be forced out of lane.

Alternative Choices

I cant think about any other summoner spell to pair up with khazix except

[*] Try to land your

[*] Save your

[*] Farm, Farm and MORE farm. Thats the key word to a good game where you can slice down your opponents in seconds
[*]Use your

[*] your role is not to initiate, let the tank do that and then you are ready to assasinate squishies

Jungling as

+ relieve the pressure of your team mates in lanes
+ allow you to have more control over both blue and red buffs
+ helps you make ganks
+ and save teammates from dying

The basic outline of the jungle is illustrated above.
First of all we should decide which summoner spells to take. Definitely the first one will be

Items for jungling.
First you should start up with

and most importantly kill the small ones first and THEN the buff itself to benefit from the extra damage

So once you take down blue down, move to the wolves and then if you have enough health and mana left, why not kill wraiths? On your first time back to base, get Madred’s Razors and then convert it to Wriggle’s Lantern as soon as possible (after upgrading your boots). Wriggle’s lantern will give you extra lifesteal and has a chance to do high damage on minions.Once you return to the jungle head to the red buff, by now you should be level 2-3. Take

So once you reach level 6 evolve your ulti and now you are set to go and gank. Prioritize the lanes where the enemies push or when there are 2 ore more enemies in a particular lane. So as you keep a balance between ganks and jungle , for each jungle route you make meaning
- Blue
- wolves
- wraiths
- red
- Golems
GANK and more gank.If you dont then its as if the game is 4v5, always keep that in mind.
Try to rush

Secondly you evolve

Lastly you should max

Synopsis of jungling evolution

Baron Steals As you may already know smite is almost useless late game...or thats what people think?? :) Ward baron and in any case you think you can baron steal why not give it a go. You will both get the credits for your epic job and you and your team will have a powerful buff.

AS i mentioned above you should first evolve your

If you have actually read the lore,

your role in team fights is to sit back and wait for the right opportunity to strike so as you can score some easy kills for your team. just dont overextend and let your tank go in. It is not bad either to try and get some turrets down time to time since that will help you win the game in the long run. Here is my latest match history with khazix.

The numbers are not that clear but they can barely be seen

The numbers are not that clear but they can barely be seen

A vicious Void predator, Kha'Zix infiltrated Valoran to devour the land's most promising creatures. With each kill he absorbs his prey's strength, evolving to grow more powerful. Kha'Zix hungers most to conquer and consume Rengar, the one beast he considers his equal.
When Kha'Zix crossed over into this world, he was fragile and ravenous. The animals he first encountered were too small to fuel the rapid evolution he craved. Kha'Zix focused his hunger on the most dangerous creatures he could find, risking his life to satisfy his need. With each kill he feasted and changed, becoming a stronger, faster predator. Kha'Zix soon chased his prey with unrestrained aggression, believing he was unstoppable. One day, while savoring a fresh kill, the predator became the prey. From cover a creature pounced in a blur of fangs and steel, tackling him to the ground. It roared in his face slashing and clawing, and Kha'Zix felt his blood spill for the first time. Screeching in fury, he sliced at the brute's eye driving it back. They fought from sunset to sunrise. Finally, near death, they reluctantly separated. As his wounds closed, Kha'Zix burned with anticipation at the idea of devouring one who could match the Void's strength. He resumed his search for powerful prey with renewed vigor. Someday, Kha'Zix will feast on Rengar.
