Active - Full Tilt: Rell and an ally charge, gaining ramping movement speed up to 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20% over 3 seconds, this is doubled to 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40% toward enemies or your targeted ally. Additionally, Rell's next attack or Shattering Strike explode in an area for 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+50% of ability power) (+3% maximum health) magic damage.
