A fully stacked BT with end game crit items vrs a Wriggle's is comparable damage either way, depending on how much crit you have. If you can afford the hard purchase of a better item it's better to just sell the Wriggle's.

The stats on Nashor's are actually far superior.
Granted it's a more expensive item, but meh, 1000 extra gold for over twice the AP of a Malady, plus 25% CDR and +10 MReg? I'll take that deal. All you lose is the proc, which is...eh, not all that amazing to begin with.
Malady passive is THE REASON that you buy malady.
The reason that nashor is bad is because it is too expensive, and there is no room for it.
If you don't build tank items on teemo you won't be successful, he doesn't do enough damage, and doesn't have enough base stats to get away with a carry build.
Also, CDR is completely worthless to teemo in a team fight, your job isn't to spam blinding darts, it's to kill their carry, and then kite all their melees.
Shrooms are cool, but they are pretty worthless when compared to actual damage outside of laning phase.
Tri lane for life.
Your logic seems flawed, if you have no room for Nashor's than why do you have room for something with considerably inferior stats? The proc isn't all that great, the MR debuff portion could be useful but in all honesty Wit's End has a far better proc if that's what you're looking for.
CDR is never bad.
CDR is never bad.

Lots of people keep Wriggles in their full-build because they want to keep Baron control late-game.
Taking too long to do Baron or losing Baron to the enemy can mean losing the entire game.
Plus free wards throughout late game, when most champions are filling up their inventories, is a big deal.
OT: Moonflair Spellblade is my current least favorite item. Any caster can just get Mercury's Treads + Void Staff instead, which is a far better pairing than sorc/ionian + spellblade.
Sword of the Divine and Executioner's Calling are also ridiculously situational to the point of near-uselessness. In the right games with the right champions, they work great. Most of the time though, they're just so much worse than other items.
Also Sword of the Occult, Leviathan, Cloak and Dagger and Tiamat, but they've been discussed.
Thanks to Fatelblade for the sig!

BUT! Moonflair Spellblade costs dramatically less than Void Staff, so it depends on how fast you need the stats. Getting some stats now which will get you kill can easily get your higher end stuff faster than just waiting alone.
Sword of the Divine has the highest AS increase in the game, its passive AND its active make it quite good, especially because it is a fairly cheep item.
Hexdrinker is worst IMO: Low damage, Low MR, Shield is almost useless. Only saving factor is that it's cheep.
Strength may win the fight, but style wins the crowd.
+rep if you like what I say, explain why if you don't.

Forgot to mention- Executioner's Calling was already mentioned: Free extra damage, and active which DESTROYS people like Mundo or Swain.

Because Teemo's damage is far higher with Malady than with Nashor's Tooth.
And nashor's costs like 1k more.
Wit's End is also included.

True, but who keep Wriggles when he has full build? Everyone will sell it to finish his build, since the stats it gives aren't great on a 50min game ^^'
