The exhaust nerf just confuses me and I know it's a dominant spell that's taken in 90% of games. But imo it wasn't needed.

Urgh. Now I have to see if
Aatrox is actually viable, again (while knowing that he will probably get a more comprehensive rework down the road). Thinking

Titanic Hydra,
Black Cleaver,
Guardian Angel, and one more defensive item - ?
Sterak's Gage to synergize with the bonus AD boost from Blood Rush? or possibly
Death's Dance as a final item since every thing he does now is physical damage. The later of which is something of a nerf since he becomes easier to itemize against. Hmmm, maybe
Edge of Night despite the nerfs to make it less likely that his Q gets interrupted...
Late game his
Blood Well seems like it will be obnoxious (GA every 2 minutes vs GA passive which has a 5 minute cool down). My recollection is that the cool dowm on Blood Well is not influenced by CDR otherwise you might be able to get is a low as 66-72 (45-40% CDR), which would be even more yuck to deal with.

It's overall a buff to attsp adcs and a nerf to damage supports that abused the resist debuff, both of which were actually needed.

They gave it the MR/AR reduction because there used to be a mastery that everyone took on supports that made
