Mystic Shot
Few things,
Mystic Shot does like 200 damage late game, which is pitiful, and it doesn't do almost 200 damage early game, it does more like 80 at maximum.
Essence Flux
Or it's for when you want to outdps the other carry.
Except the base damage (which matters a lot in early game) is higher than most of every other AoE skill in the game, except skills like
Howling Gale at full charge or
Flamespitter.
Trueshot Barrage
So you NEVER shoot it if minions are in the way?
Summoner Spells
Exhaust
Not attack damage, their basic attack damage is reduced by 70% and spell damage is reduced by 35%.
Ghost
Also ignores unit collision.
Clairvoyance and

Don't buy
Madred's Bloodrazor. There are infinitely better items.

Take an average 3000 health tank. Most of them will have ~150 MR at the bare minimum, but we'll keep it there for arguments sake. That's a 60% reduction, and you have zero mpen.
60% of 4% is 2.4% of their maximum health in damage, which is about 72 damage each hit.
Now take the cost of the item, 3800. With that, you could buy an
Infinity Edge, giving 80 AD, and also has crit multipliers. Taking the same 150 Armor at the bare minumum, you have a 60% reduction BUT! You also have a
Last Whisper as a core item in an ADC's build! With
Weapon Expertise
,
Sunder
, and Armor Pen runes! That's a 129 (after flat) - 40% = 78 armor after penetration, about a 44% reduction. 80 - 44% = 45 damage before multipliers. That 45 damage crits about 1/4 of the time, for 250% damage, so on average you would deal about 160% increased damage. 160% of 45 is 72.
But what's this?
Ezreal has a base damage of 100! That means he will hit for an additional 56*1.6 = 89 damage, for a grand total of 161 damage. This would be multiplied even FURTHER if you bought BT, PD, etc, while the Bloodrazor damage would remain constant because you buy (or CAN'T buy) ANY amplifiers to it.
Now let's take it on a squishy with 2000 health and 50 MR. The proc will hit for (I'm going to do the rest of the math in my head) around 45 damage. A
B. F. Sword already does that much, and costs about HALF as much.
See where I'm getting this? Bloodrazor is a bad item because it doesn't scale or amplify at all.
Late Game
You aren't
Irelia,
Darius, or
Rengar. You are a squishy carry, you focus what's in front of you.
Overall, there are a lot of things in the guide I disagree with. Also, the guide is a bit short and doesn't cover absolutely everything, but just close to the bare minimum (as an
Ezreal player, I know you missed a lot of stuff). No vote.

Bot lane doesn't only consist of champions who push, champions who don't, champions who play aggressively, and champions who play passively. I think you could go a bit more in-depth about different situations, such as against different lane types (poke, sustain, kill).

Ninja Tabi

Janna will use spare time to harass you with her free BF Sword, and there's not much you can do about it. She'll also set up lots of kills with her strong CC.
Sona can take advantage of this lane by poking when
Janna's shield is on CD, as she has no natural sustain except the shield.
Only 2 supports :l
Gameplay
It's also your job to peel for your carries.

What if I was following your cheat sheet and didn't bring CV?
You shouldn't ward the brush in the river, there are a lot more optimal places to ward such as closer to Drag or sometimes the Tri-brush. Also, you should mention something about warding the lane brush.
Relevant:
You need presence in the lane man, you can't be a support that doesn't do anything for your carry except sit in the brush. (I need to bookmark this or sth)
Overall
I kinda liked this guide, but I think there are some spots that could use a bit more work. Your laning section had a lot of relevant, good depth, it's rare to see walls of text (easy to read too) in that area.

Runes

You don't necessarily need mana regen, nor armor, I guess not really this either but you should at least make a mention and write your opinions as to why you should/shouldn't take it.
Summoner Spells

Skills
(overview, putting it here)
imo you can organize this better. You can use [ list ] inside a [ list ] for the different types of Power Cords as to organize this better, or not use [ list ] at all and just indent them or sth.

There's a coding error.
Not sure what you're trying to say here, the bbcoding makes it a bit confusing.
I don't play

Prioritizing Q/W
imo your first paragraph here seems a bit static.
Bot lane doesn't only consist of champions who push, champions who don't, champions who play aggressively, and champions who play passively. I think you could go a bit more in-depth about different situations, such as against different lane types (poke, sustain, kill).
Core Items

(Boots)

Should be 3/5, 1 champion can be a tank, 1 can be APC, and 3 can use auto-attacks.

Or, in my knowledge you should buy it if your main tank has

Too luxury and expensive to buy imho.

A lot of AP Carries don't benefit from this as much as others :p
I guess you should add that it benefits the APCs that actually use spell vamp effectively, like

Partners

Aggressive laner, not passive.

Must be the squishiest bot lane ever.
This section a bit short, get dat information asap :3
VS other Supports

Can be extremely aggressive and dangerous. A good

Sona can take advantage of this lane by poking when

Only 2 supports :l
Gameplay
It's also your job to peel for your carries.
(early game)
+1
edit: Video doesn't work in spoiler wtf.
Well w/e, here it is.

Thanks for the review! +rep =D And should I post my answers to your concerns here or in the guide discussion?

Cheat Sheet
Oh boy, two of the exact same cheat sheets o_o
Except one has a WotA and one has a Zekes. imo scratch the second one, as WotA is situational and most of the time double WotA comps exist so it's completely useless if your top is Vlad and your mid is Kennen.
Also, imo [[shurelya's reverie]] before t2 boots.
Pros and Cons
I don't know about you, but having no mobility against all the other new champions with gap closers seem like a big glaring con to me.
Also, her ultimate isn't great. It's GAME CHANGING

[[power chord]]
There's a coding error.
after hitting their carry with her [icon=aura of preserverance]Power Chord, you can quickly dish out another [icon=aura of preserverance]Power Chord on their other damage dealer which would now greatly reduce their overall damage output.
I don't play [[sona]], so I'm not sure what to criticise :o Everything else in this section seems solid though.

Or, in my knowledge you should buy it if your main tank has [[randuin's omen]]. You shouldn't really be running into RO active range, you should be beside your carry protecting him/her.

[[janna]]
Can be extremely aggressive and dangerous. A good [[janna]] will use spare time to harass you with her free BF Sword, and there's not much you can do about it. She'll also set up lots of kills with her strong CC.
Sona can take advantage of this lane by poking when [[janna]]'s shield is on CD, as she has no natural sustain except the shield.
Only 2 supports :l
