If you're going to wait 1800 gold before grabbing upgraded boots, I'd definitely recommend MS Quints to make up for lack of movement speed in lane. [b]Ability Sequence >[/b] Of course the only thing to consider for solo top bruiser Nidalee is if you want to level [[javelin toss / takedown]] or [[bushwhack / pounce]] second. I'm assuming you're not levelling Javelin second for the Javelin, but for Takedown, which is an extremely powerful finisher. With that in mind, it's hardly worth looking at Bushwack, despite it's utility in human form, and also because it's all about magic damage. Capitalise item names (doran's, phage) and read your sentences aloud ("I really like this build, although I don't really using it a lot"). Explain your item choices in better detail. Yes, Phage gives you AD and HP and builds into Trinity. But is that the only reason you get it? Yes, Hexdrinker "offers a shield" but in what scenarios? "reducing their overall damage to you" - reducing what? Ensure you're following up your explanations correctly and coherently. [b]Game Progression >[/b] You should mentions in these sections the items you could possibly be buying and why. For example, an early HoG if you know you'll be building Randuin's. You already have insane mobility, with a movement speed boost on your passive, on your cougar form, and with a spammable gap closer / escape. Whereas, AD quints allow for lane bullying and easier last hitting under the turret. 2. Most of the time, you don't need ridiculously early boots, especially with the inc S3 changes and all of the steroids Nidalee has. 3. Javelin isn't actually levelled for the cougar form - cougar form scales purely off the levels in the ultimate. You could have level 5 in javelin toss, but you'd only have level 1 in takedown. I level javelin toss because it's pretty much more useful than bushwhack unless your opponent just wants to walk into the traps. 4. IMO, the 15% crit chance from trinity force is enough to make use of [[lethality]]. But to be fair, I probably should try to go for the spell pen mastery. But to be fair, it's probably not worth fixing, I'll have to change them completely in a few days. 5. As for viability, gold items are totally counter-intuitive on solo top Nidalee. Solo top Nidalee is all about literally destroying your lane. GP10 items are for staying back and being passive. Plus, heart of gold is getting removed next patch, and none of the other GP10 items are good on solo top Nidalee.[/quote]
