Aatrox is extremely difficult to kill. Also bursty in a strange way, but also insane amounts of sustain. He literally doesnt die.

You can't engage on her without getting charmed for a billion years, and you just get true-damaged to death.
Akali
Busted champ, and she can even zone you. You cant farm by walking up with E either, since she can just spam Q at you. Not good. At level 6, she STILL out-damages you, so she gets the kill. Just dont engage on her, and wait for your jungle.
Anivia
Doesnt deal much damage, but it stacks up VERY fast. DONT ENGAGE! EVER! Just have an assassin deal with her.
Annie
Won't kill you very easily, but also difficult to kill because...you know, stuns.
Ashe
Its very hard for her to kill you, since she is an auto-attack based ADC, but she can be fairly difficult to kill due to massive slows.
Aurelion Sol
Unless you can stay out of range of every single start constantly, you will die 100% of the time. You need to wait for someone else to engage.
Azir
This is an odd matchup. If ganking Azir, you win. If LANING against him, its a little more tough.
Bard
Obnoxious roams, which is his job. Just obnoxious. Cant outplay him, and likely you cant kill him either. Not much to do about it.

Massive burst, and strong cc. Not easy to deal with, for both ganking and laneing.

Can E out of yours, after Leapstrike. Kind of a mess...

She literally cant kill you before you kill her. BOTH jungle and lane are won.

Decent range, and massive DPS. Consider not trading with her.

Gets REALLY tanky, REALLY fast, and has HUGE cc (slows and a massive knockup) oh well :l

Has lots of poke, but still fairly auto-attack oriented.
Darius
Its a bit of a skill matchup. His ult and passive counters your ult however....
Diana
Can easily shield your entire frontal burst. Oofers.
Dr. Mundo
You simply cant kill him once he gets 6.
Draven
Can E you off of him after your Q, then proceed to delete your health.
Ekko
He can heal back almost all of his health, while taking out most of yours.
Elise
Her burst is strong, but if you ult before she can finish it you will survive and do Jax things. Yea.
Evelynn
Once she gets 6, its really hard to kill her. Her burst is too strong. However, without her ult, you kill her.
Ezreal
Cant kill him, but he cant kill you. Oh well.
Fiddlesticks
He slurps your health bar into his. And then fears you out of stunning him. Then silences you. Then leaves.
Fiora
Massive skill matchup. If Fiora has ANY kind of lead, including skill lead, you will int to her unless you just leave top and act as a second jungler. Then you proceed to lose the game because she is taking your turrets.
Fizz
He just deals so much damage!
Galio
While he can be dangerous, he can also kill himself by taunting you. You also are stronger, and get tankier quicker.
Gangplank
He can poke you incredibly hard. And deals very hard poke. Not easy to deal with. Also crit. Ouch.
Garen
His E just deals so much damage. Try not to play Jax into this guy. Ever. Its extremely difficult.
Gnar
Similar to GP, but also really tanky and fast. And many jumps. Etc.
Gragas
His burst can be easily mitigated by your ultimate, and pre-6 his damage is quite low.
Graves
Annoying, but also easily countered with your E.
Hecarim
He may be strong, but YOU are stronger.

Heals loads right now, and also is Illaoi. So that sucks. You lose, gg.

Another skill matchup, but a lot easier than Fiora, however equally dangerous.

Jax is a Jax counter. Who couldve guessed? This is a matchup in 1v1s and Blind Pick only.

He can poke you down very easily. Post-6 however you can kill him every time you have ult. Which is every minute or so. Oof.

VERY fast boi. You cant kill him unless you stun him, which will be very hard if he has any amount of brain cell.
Jinx
Same thing as Jhin, but also gets kinda difficult to fight because of cc. Jhin's just isnt as good.

Of all the adcs, she is the most dangerous. Massive shield, a jump, 2 invisibilities, and HUGE dps.

She can lock you down, and her carry can easily delete you.

For the same reason that you are good against adcs is why this adc is good against you. She is just designed to counter bruiser types.

About Jax
Jax, very simply, is a Bruiser. Bruisers are no longer viable, but Jax is not any normal kind of Bruiser--he's a health stacker. By stacking health and damage, he becomes viable because hes not actually focusing on any form of defense--he can be purely offensive. This makes him very special, and in the same category as Renekton. They can even build similarly. Jax has everything that you want to climb--mobility, survivability, damage, and carry capacity. Jax is a bruiser, duelist, split-push carry. Pretty straight-forward.
