I hate this dumb fish. He's a nuisance early game with his dumb grey health and he doesn't stop licking you!

Champion Build Guide
Passive: Tryndamere gains Fury instead of mana, gaining up to 100 Fury. Each point in fury gives Tryndamere 0.4% crit, meaning at level 1 you can get lucky and get a crit strike (40% crit chance at full Fury). You gain fury from taking damage
Q: Healing. The more fury you have, the more healing you get. This is why I suggest revitalize as a good rune because it helps with sustain after ignite or bad trading; this healing scales with AP. The passive effect is that Tryndamere gains more AD depending on % missing HP.
W: Reduces enemy's AD and if they are running they are also slowed. This ability is usually maxed last.
E: Spyndamere. You spin in a direction, damage scaling with AD and AP. The cooldown goes down if Tryndamere lands a crit so it's common to rush a crit item or use marksman mythic items. Unless dashes such as Ornn E, Tryndamere can decide the ending position rather than a fixed distance. You can jump over walls too!
R: YOU CANNOT DIE!! (for 5 seconds). This ultimate is pretty strong but it isn't as overpowered as you think it is. Once you use ultimate you are extremely vulnerable. Do not be afraid to use your ultimate early as going for perfect timing (especially with me having ~250ms) will likely get you killed. Most skilled Tryndamere players max this out last, even ignoring the lvl 11 and lvl 16 level up for it because it doesn't upgrade the ability that much. I don't recommend this for a new players because Tryndamere can easily be ignited after he uses R, and depending on the level of R Tryndamere's minimum HP changes when activated (30-70HP).
Kraken Slayer is a viable option right now because of the love ADC items get and the stats are fantastic for Tryndamere. Even if you bring Legend: Tenacity, Kraken makes up for any attack speed lost if it makes late game split-pushing feel less comfortable. Triforce is also an ok replacement if you do not want to build crit chance but instead play like a bulky bruiser rather than a high damage carry.
Navori quickblades is almost a must have in season 11 for Tryndamere (unless you purchase guinsoo's). In the late game Tryndamere has almost infinite spins because of the double CDR reduction on Tryndamere's spin. If you bring hail of blades, quick trades can be extremely effective mid game if your laner hasn't roamed.
Infinity edge OR guinsoo's are fantastic on Tryndamere. If you buy Navori, you should definitely buy infinity edge of guinsoo's otherwise the CDR effect is gone. Guinsoo's is best when building full crit on Tryndamere, however infinity edge is best for how I like to play Tryndamere. With 3 items (infinity edge, navori and kraken), Tryndamere can reach 100% crit strike and become a menace.
Try anything in iron because all items can work on Tryndamere. It's fun to experiment in a new season when new items are released because the meta is still being explored.
