Skill Sequence and ability explanation

Ability Explanation

  • Unseen Threat: When Kha'Zix is not visible to the enemy team, he gains Unseen Threat. Unseen Threat causes his next basic attack against an enemy champion or Evolved Void Spike to deal 15 / 20 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140 / 150 / 160 / 170 / 180 / 190 (+ 50% AP) bonus magic damage and slow by 25% for 2 seconds.
    Unseen Threat lasts until consumed and has no internal cooldown.
  • Taste their fear (Q): PASSIVE: Kha'Zix marks enemies that are isolated from their allies.
    ACTIVE: Kha'Zix slashes, dealing physical damage to a single target. Damage against isolated targets is significantly increased.
  • Void Spike (W): ACTIVE: Kha'Zix fires spikes in a line that explode on contact with an enemy, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies. Kha'Zix is healed if he is within the explosion radius.
  • Leap (E): ACTIVE: Kha'Zix leaps to an area, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies upon landing.
  • Void Assault (R): PASSIVE: Each rank of Void Assault allows Kha'Zix to evolve one of his abilities, granting it an additional effect.
    ACTIVE: Kha'Zix enters stealth for 1 second, gaining 40% bonus movement speed. Entering stealth grants Unseen Threat. Void Assault can be cast a second time within 10 seconds at no cost.

    • Evolved Enlarged Claws Evolved Enlarged Claws (Q): Increases damage to isolated targets by 12% of their missing health (max 200 vs monsters). Increases range of Taste Their Fear and Kha'Zix's autoattacks by 50.
    • Evolved Spike Racks Evolved Spike Racks (W):
      Enhances Void Spike to fire three spikes in a cone. If available, Void Spike will also consume Unseen Threat to slow and damage all enemies struck.
    • Evolved Wings Evolved Wings (E): Increases Leap's range by 300 and causes kills and assists to refresh Leap's cooldown.
    • Evolved Active Camouflage Evolved Active Camouflage (R): Allows Void Assault to be cast up to three times. Kha'Zix also takes 40% reduced damage while in stealth.

    Tip: Never , NEVER upgrade your ultimate instead of you Q. If you upgrade your Q you will deal Phreak "Tons of damage!".

+ High damage potential.
+ Keeps his damage up even in late game.
+ He has an escape skill.
+ He has a slowing effect.
+ He can evolve his abilities.
+ He can use his passive as a ward detector


- Very squishy.
- He can be killed very easy by ap casters early game.
- Long cd on his escape.
- He is laning very hard against a ranged champ in the first minutes.
- His abilities cost a lot of mana.
- 260 mana lvl 1 + 40 per level ( 940 mana lvl 18 ; 100 mana / per Void Spike

Unique Skills

He can spot wards with his passive , you need to use it first , if you are near drake you can use your passive and then you will se if it reactivates , if it doesn't reactive then your enemies have a ward there or an invisible Teemo.

Summoner Spells

Ignite: Extra dmg in 1v1 situations and teamfights. Don't forget that Ignite reduces the health he gains from heals or soraka W , R , trynda Q etc... This thing is very important.

Flash: A good flash can save your life and/or close the gap between you and your low health enemy.

  • Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage: A little bit more dmg early game... This rune is very useful. If you are early game against an ap enemy you can win trades easier with this rune because he won't have bonus ad , just ap.
  • greater mark of armor penetration: Helps you keep your damage up in mid game and late game. It can also help you keep your damage high if you have in your team ad mid and ad top (you). You might think: Hey but why don't I get AD marks? Well this rune is much more effective , ppl often have armor seals or glyphs , so with these runes you can penetrate that bonus armor easily.
  • Greater Seal of Armor: You will have a little bit more protection.Helps you survive jungle ganks ( if he is ad ).
  • Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: Very good against AP carries / AP bruisers in mid and late game.

Helps you life steal faster.

Mana , dmg , extra damage from the active and 2% mana transfers into flat AD.

You get 70 AD (max.100 AD) and 12% life steal (max. 18%)
Health and AD + an incredible passive that can really destroy your enemie's armor.

Armor pen and 40 AD. Very good against tanks.

Awesome passive , armor and mr.

Additional Items.

Good resistance inlane (if you are against an ap like rumble or diana). Also helps you escape stuns , snares etc... more faster. Also helps you after the end of the laning phase because you have a little bit more resistance against the apc and the ap bruiser.
This item is very important if you want sustain , mana , damage , and ap for your passive and your W healing effect. Your Sheen works with W so you can deal even more damage.

Life Steal , Damage and Attack Speed , all of these in one item. The passive can melt down the health stackers very quick and the active can secure a kill and/or your life.

Extra health and armor + a passive that helps your clear time very fast. Very good item againsr Ad Bruisers , but not the best item for ADCs , but I have the perfect item if their carry is fed.

Health , armor , a perfect active and a very excelent pick against ADCs. Their att. speed is reduced so they can't life steal fast and/or crit. like mad. Secures kills and/or your life or your teammate's life.

DMG and mr. As low as you are , the more damage you do! Are you going to die due to an apc ? Don't worry cause this item CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE with it's amazing ACTIVE! You have a shield that absorbs magic damage! Do you want even more MR? Then let's see the next item!

Health , mr and 20% CDR!!! The awesome passive makes your W healing even more effective. You can survive any ignites NO PROBLEM!!!

Slowing effect , health and dmg in one item. You can melt down people so fast , you can slow them like mad and secure a kill no problem.

Team Fights


In teamfights you always need to target the carries. If you kill them , you can pursue onto the other enemy champions. Don't forget to play safe and smart in teamfights. Don't initiate , you risk dying! Use W to poke then let you initiator start the fight.
