Introduction

Hi readers,

And welcome to another build of DaBoBuilds. This time, featuring Master Yi, Critical Attack Speed style. Enjoy. ;)

Runes

As for runes, i chose to Power Master Yi up. So this is what I did:

Marks:
Greater Mark of Critical Damage. (9x)

Seals:
Greater Seal of Health. (9x)

Glyphs:
Greater Glyph of Critical Damage. (9x)

Quintessence:
Greater Quintessence of Health. (3x)

This is why:

Health?
Master yi is Squishy, so that's why I chose to power ir up with Greater Seal/Quintessence of Fortitude, just as a little help, expecialy early game.

Critical Dammage?
Master Yi with this build is strong. But, with these runes, his power is even Greater. So why not?

Alternate runes:

Marks:
Greater Mark of Attack Speed. (Bonus AS is good, but unneccesairy I think with these items, but feel free to try.)

Seals:
Greater Seal of Critical Damage. (Just more Dammage, less Health.)
Greater Seal of Attack Speed. (Bonus AS, again.)

Glyphs:
Greater Glyph of Attack Speed. (Bonus AS, again.)

Quintessence:
Greater Quintessence of Critical Damage. (Slightly more Dammage, slightly lower Health.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed. (Slightly higher AS, Slightly lower Health.)

Masteries

As for Masterys, I chose 21/0/9 setup, basic damamager.

In Offence:

- Extra critical strike chance, You should Know why.
- Extra Attack Speed, Neccesairy.
- Armor Penetration, To maximize dammage.
- Extra dammage on Minions, just filling up.
- Bonus Dammage, Maximizing Dammage.
- Bonus Critical Dammage.
- 15% Extra Dammage, all for Making it all work. ^^

In Utility:

- Health/Mana Regeneration, For any long lane survivablillity.
- Bonus experiance, I think you should always take this. It's not much but surely a Help.
- Greed, ofcourse, 2 Phantom Dancers, Infinity Egde, soo expensive. -_-'

Items

As for Items, i chose to make a Attack Speed, Attack Damage, Critical build.

When I play Master Yi, I want my Items to look like this:

1. Boots, Berserker's Greaves
2. Defensive Item Banshee's Veil
3. Damage Item Infinity Edge
4. Damage Item Black Cleaver
5. Attack Speed Phantom Dancer
6. Attack Speed Phantom Dancer

With this build, I reach this, and even more... (Bonus attack speed by TBC and Critical Chance.)

This is Exactly how I do it:

Buy Brawler's Gloves and 2x Health Potion at start. Then change Brawler's Gloves into Zeal. Then save your money for Berserker's Grieves. After that, change Zeal in Phantom Dancer, make sure to buy Cloak of Agility first, then Dagger. Then you get to choose between the 2nd Phantom Dancer or an Infinity Edge, your choice, most of the times, I take the PD first. If you buy Infinity Edge buy the Cloak of Agility first, then you can start critting. After that, buy Black Cleaver. And last but not least, Banshee's Veil

Core:

Last 3 remaining Items:

Attack Speed:
Madred's Bloodrazor
Sword of the Divine (reccomended)
Wit's End
Stark's Fervor
The Black Cleaver

Attack Damage:

Frozen Mallet
Madred's Bloodrazor
Last Whisper
The Black Cleaver
The Bloodthirster
Youmuu's Ghostblade

Defensive (Only choose 1 item):

Banshee's Veil
Frozen Mallet

Maybe:
Shurelya's Reverie

Just try matching your own Playstyle, as well as following advice of me and other Master Yi pro's. Just do as you Please ;)

Skill Sequence

Now, Skill Sequence. But first, a quick look at Master Yi's skills:

Passive:
Double Strike
When to use? Uses automatic.
Tactics:- Before a gank, stack it till 7. Your next hit will do Bonus Dammage.

Q skill:
Alpha Strike
When to use? Before a Gank, to Get in Range.
Tactics:- When use Alpha Strike, you will appear at the place of your Click. Make advantage of that.

W skill:
Meditate
When to use? At low health, but with this build, you won't have much use of it.
Tactics: - You can cancel Meditate to dodge an attack.

E skill:
Wuju Style
When to use? At the beginning of a gank or push (only when a kill is sure to be made).
Tactics: It's cooldown will also be refreshed if you kill in Highlander.

R skill:
Highlander
When to use? At the beginning of a gank or push (only when a kill is sure to be made) and to Flee away, but only when necessairy to survive...
Tactics: When you kill a champ in your Highlanderbuff, ALL your cooldowns are Refreshed(also Highlander!!!) Make good use of this.

Now, why did I choose these Skill Sequence?

I chose to maximize Wuju Style first because it gives you a slight damage boost, which is handy for last hitting minions, as well as killing.
Put your second skill point in Alpha Strike, for when the enemy runs away, or to get in range.

With this in mind, the rest is obvious.
Maximize Alpha Strike second, after that maximize Highlander, and last Maximize Meditation.

I chose to maximize Meditation last because, early game, it heals too less and eats your Mana too badly. so just play safe till then... ;)

Summoner Spells

As for Summoner Spells:

Ghost
Why? To begin ganks, to run away, to dodge, to get back in your lane more quickly. (Need more reasons?)

Flash
Why? To begin ganks, to dodge, to escape, to position, to survive.

Good Summoner Spells:

Medium Summoner Spells:

Bad Summoner Spells:

Why not take it? You have enough damage.
Why not take it? Just don't die...
Why not take it? Your sword will protect the turret better...
