Runes
The very influential base stats in runes.
You may have noticed that different primary trees heavily influences your stats from level 1. The most important part of picking your rune set is picking the right base stats.
Primary: Precision: +18% Attack Speed
Attack speed is by far the worst stat you can gain from the primary rune bonuses. Press the Attack, Lethal Tempo and Fleet Footwork are significantly less appealing because of this.
Primary: Resolve: +130 Health
130 Health is very useful for most champions, because of the huge amount of extra health it provides at level 1. Mordekaiser. 130 health correlates into 32.5 shielding when your Iron Man is at maximum, and 8 shielding when the shield is fully decayed.
