Entropy is Phage but, when active gives you the lizard buff. Not OP at all.

is a 70 ad item giving you slow evet 4 attacks and with a built-in lizard buff, pretty neat if you see it that way

Frozen Mallet would be OP on Dominion, that's why they created Entropy.
Constant slows would make any tanky dps or auto-attacker a beast... On that note, Tank
Ashe would be a funny and viable build on Dominion.

Nah, if you build yi completly on Movement speed you gimp your dmg and cannot hold points. Also stacking MS gives dimishing returns. It is not really viable.
Carry Yi will be a bit slower, but for that, can defend any point and capture them with ease. The only one I would get Priscilla is

Stacking MS gives no diminishing returns. You only get "reduced" MS if your flat MS is over 415. Flat MS is not including any percentage increases like
Phantom Dancer,
Force of Nature, etc.

Promotes the nearest allied super minion to an anti-Turret Cannon, healing it, granting bonus stats, and causing it to grant the caster gold for its kills.
