Lee Sin
Lee Sin is hard to duel due to his self shields and high mobility.
He'll more easily be able to snowball his lanes early due to his long range gap closing.
Dodge his abilities and watch out for targets he can dash towards.
Malphite
His slows and hard cc allow Malphite to turn any lane. Into a safe and rewarding gank for Lillia.
With his ult he can easily take advantage of your Lilting Lullaby ultimate.

Champion Build Guide
Good Morning, fellow League players!
Going by the terrible name TowerShieldDude. I'm a returning Player that has found their home in the turbulent Jungle of the Fields Of Justice. After a season or two with my new account. I feel safe enough to return to Mobafire and restart my journey with creating guides! Starting with the recent Champion addition in Patch 10.15.

IS CURRENTLY UNFINISHED AND UNDER CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT, MISSING A LOT OF IMPORTANT CONTENT, WILL FACE MANY REVISIONS. SO BE SURE TO RETURN OFTEN IN THE CASE OF NEW OR CHANGED INFO.
Aim to Win the Long War:

Due to her nature as a Skirmisher,

Though be aware that

Due to the nature of her Skirmisher roots,

Importantly the duration is refreshed by all spell damage. This includes

The ultimate

Perhaps more defining about her, is that the ultimate

Strengths:
- This godly passive
Dream-Laden Bough encourages
Lillia to build around keeping the powerful Max%HP burn of her
Dream-Laden Bough applied as long as possible. Due to the passive not having any ratios AP or AD it encourages
Lillia to build around sustained combat through DoT or CC applying items, self and team utility items and pure tank items.
- True Damage with
Blooming Blows allows
Lillia to scale her consistent damage into tanks and resistant targets even with little gold spent on AP Damage. Though this comes with a hefty trade, as
Blooming Blows has terrible AP ratios (40%) for a melee range skill. Causing her effective damage when built Full AP to scale terribly into the mid to late game. This is due to
Lillia's kit consisting mostly of short nearly melee range abilities. If you're a squishy mage going into melee range late game, that's a guranteed death against almost all carries AP or AD due to them having far more range than you.
- Don't worry, the weakness of
Lillia's poor scaling can actually be easily alleviated. By building tank items which allow her to confidently spam
Blooming Blows. Then by building around the application of constantly applying the stacking and synergistic burn effects of
Dream-Laden Bough and
Liandry's Torment. It allows her to get an insane amount of safe and consistent damage, near or equal to when building Full AP items. Due to
Lillia now being able to stay in fights to keep hitting her abilities on enemies. Without being forced to abandon fights due to being near death.
- A unbelievable amount of effective HP due to her high Move Speed allowing her to easily dodge skill shots. Coupled with her very high synergy with many of the tank items, though especially with
Dead Man's Plate and
Abyssal Mask. Allows her to be very survivable in a team fight.
- Easy kiting of the Jungle camps allows for healthy clears. Giving you a higher chance of surviving early counter jungling. Important as these early levels are your weakest moments in the whole game.
- Powerful 2v2 - 3v3 Skirmishing , especially in rivers and lanes where there is room to outmaneuver and kite Champions and skill shots.
- An extremely powerful ultimate with
Lilting Lullaby. This one ability defines
Lillia as a Skirmisher which is effective both in 1v1 and 2v2 skirmishes and in major 5v5 team fights moving into the late game. This allows her to even play effectively when considerably behind though you'll need to be more careful.
-This strength of
Lillia is made obvious when comparing her to other Skirmishers like
Fiora. Simply due to being able to provide a team with powerful consistent Crowd Control which other Skirmisher's lack in their ability kits. This means that
Lillia isn't defined by the weakness of requiring items to be useful in team fights. As the easy to use Crowd Control found in her kit, allows her to find use in team fights beyond being an item defined Skirmisher.
Weaknesses:
- Short range skills with poor AP ratios on all of her abilities.
Blooming Blows 40%,
Watch Out! Eep! 30%,
Swirlseed 40%,
Lilting Lullaby 30%. Her
Dream-Laden Bough passive doesn't even have any AP ratios at all. This leads to many snowball reliant Full AP builds being very squishy early, strong mid game due to the %Damage increases of
Lillia's abilities and falling off sharply into late due to being unable to actually output damage. This shouldn't be happening with a Champion who's under the same classification as
Jax,
Master Yi.
-
Lillia's main damage skills force her to move into melee range. Especially her
Watch Out! Eep! ability which dashes her into the enemy team. This is alleviated by building tank items. But if you're in the early game with no tank items or you're using a snowball reliant Burst Mage build. Unless you were fortunate to get a snowball early she'll fall off by everyone's 3rd to 4th items. Simply due to the fact she can't attack without being killed or chain stunned.
-
Lillia has a low chance of winning a 1v1 against an enemy jungler who counter jungles her very early into the game. Especially if they have any form of CC. This is due to most of Lillia's main kiting power her, MS from Prance. Scaling with the level of
Blooming Blows which you'll lack levels in, at the earliest stages of the game. You simply have to run and loose your camps. Or ask for your laners to help assist.
-
Lillia Is often inefficient when using Full AP builds especially for burst, this is due to most of her burst damage being located on her ability
Watch Out! Eep!. Which only does high damage in the small center hitbox, increasing damage by 200%. Yet due to the nature of her high MS from Prance requiring she already be in a fight.
Watch Out! Eep! will often fall off unbelievably fast. Either due to being killed when trying to move into kill range. Or being killed after landing
Watch Out! Eep!, where then your damage will just be healed by items or Enchanters. The ability can also be interrupted by any Anti-Dash or CC ability. So don't lock
Lillia in expecting her to easily fulfill the role of AP Burst Mages.
- The scaling issue is made more apparent by
Blooming Blows due to it's lack of % increase damage. Combined with shorter range compared to Mages, and scaling being very poor at 90 AP Damage + X True Damage, with a low 40% AP ratio. The AP damage is what
Blooming Blows True Damage scales with. This can cause her to often have trouble trying to finish off enemies with high sustain mid to late game. Due to often lacking easy burst in her base kit, aside from using an ability alongside
Lilting Lullaby which has a considerable cooldown. These weaknesses will instead be fixed by our item and rune choices.
- The scaling issue is made more apparent by

Intensely shy, the fae fawn Lillia skittishly wanders Ionia’s forests. Hiding just out of sight of mortals—whose mysterious natures have long captivated, but intimidated, her—Lillia hopes to discover why their dreams no longer reach the ancient Dreaming Tree. She now travels Ionia with a magical branch in hand, in an effort to find people’s unrealized dreams. Only then can Lillia herself bloom and help others untangle their fears to find the sparkle within. Eep!
They were so afraid—more tangle than sparkle. They were like the burls…
But as the warriors slept and Lillia wept, a dream emerged from the lone figure the others had been chasing. Weakly, it floated toward the broken branch on the ground and moved into the bough’s bud.
Lillia picked it up. She could feel the dream. As she whispered to it and soothed it, it glowed ever brighter—and so did she. The bud upon her head unfurled, and magic swirled around like sparkling pollen. In that moment, swept up in possibility and wonder, Lillia herself bloomed… until, with a sneeze, she sent the magic curling into the surrounding forest.
The humans awoke one by one, unable to remember what had brought them to the forest, or what they had done. None noticed the timid fawn behind the tree. With relief, Lillia watched the humans go, still seeing only confusing tangles—but knowing now that there was still a sparkle beneath it all.
And if their dreams wouldn’t come to the tree, she would have to bring the tree to them.
Taking up her branch, Lillia left the garden and entered the world of humans—a world she had always wanted to know, but one that frightened her now more than anything. It was so unlike what she understood.
Hiding just out of sight, Lillia now helps people’s dreams be born, drawn forward by glimpses of who they could be, and by what may be trapped beneath their tangles. By helping humans realize their deepest wishes, Lillia realizes her own, the bud on her head blooming as she is filled with joy.
Though darkness may be encroaching on Ionia once more, it is but a mask, and beneath it lies the familiar sparkle of hope. Only by braving the world, and braving herself, can Lillia hope to untangle its burls.
