Hi, this is my first guide that im writing so i hope u guys will like and try this guide and remember to give opinions.

Anyways, i was bored of the normal junglers like Rengar or Lee Sin as i've been playing them too much.

So, i thought of this thing. That's RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
This is where all Akali player might bullsh*t me or something but its true that Akali can jungle thanks to her passive, Twin Disciplines spellvamp and magic damge along her aa.

SEASON 5 UPDATE(patch 4.20)
This is my update on the preseason jg which I like a lot. Akali still viable as a jgler IMO in the new season although it has been buffed quite a lot which makes her clears slower but she can still sustain in the jungle and get early ganks.

PROS
- she has good sustain with her spell vamp
- she is a freakin ganker thx to her ult
- she can juke very well
CONS
- she has very weak ganks pre-6
- she is squishy early game
- she has no heavy CC

JUNGLING

LVL 1-4 (AROUND FIRST 8 MINUTES)
1)Buy Hunter's Machete,4 Health Potion and a Stealth Ward.
2)Start at red. Always start RED because it can help u with clearing other camp faster.( Smite)
3)Go for WRAITHS second.(no Smite)
4)go for GOLEMS( Smite)
5)go for WOLVES(no Smite)
6)go BLUE( Smite)
7)go WIGHT( Smite when up)

SEASON 5 UPDATE(patch 4.20)
We'll we should say goodbye to them old jungle. And hello new ferocious beast of the jg which will maul any jgler which have no sustain so goodbye zed and talon jg.
So since they nerfed the exp gain on blue and red you can start on 4 different camps.
1)blue( I won't really start this anymore since smite will be wasted on blue cuz alkali dosent hav mana)
2)red ( I will start this since you can gain a lot of health back when you smite red cuz it now grants a smite reward by healing you by 20% of your health and also procking your spell vamp)
3)gromp(I might consider starting this as it gives me a 90sec poison thornmail which can help with the clear speed)
4)krugs(This camp is also considerable as it gives a stun on your autos against monsters which will also help wif the sustaining in jg)

SEASON 5 UPDATE(patch 4.20)

The new jg will be hard on Akali but also grants a lot of new potential also.

Anyways I have been playing alkali jungle quite a lot in season 4 and season 5 just makes her look even more bad at jingling but I think she will be better.

So in this new fresh air, alkali will need to be in jg more to get lvl 6 due to her little early sustain but will be better once she gets a tier 2 jg item.

To jg effectively wif Akali, start with Q as it can prock the spell vamp(around 7% at start of the game) twice which heals her the most. At lvl 2 take E to prock more spell vamp.

So basically just farm up when there is time and hold any lane that needs holding as you can get lvl 6 faster this way. Also the updated shroud lets her gank more effectively although losing the tankiness but now you can Q>W>AA(procking Q)>E for pre 6 ganks since the shroud will give a speed boost.

At post 6, akali becomes a true monster wif spell vamp bcuz she can assassinate almost any squishes and still be healthy by healing up in the jg. And after that snowball away.

SEASON 5 UPDATE(patch 4.20)

Starting items
1 Hunter's Machete,2 Health Potion and Stealth Ward

Standard jungle start. Upgrade hunters as fast as you can.

Alternative
1 Cloth Armor,5 Health Potion and Stealth Ward

This build gives more sustain but less clear. With this start, you can rush an early Seeker's Armguard building into Zhonya's Hourglass.

Mid game
Hextech Gunblade, Rabadon's Deathcap, Void Staff

What I normally get by mid game but always rush gunblade as it gives you the most useful stats. Also get enchantment for your jg item.

Late game
stalker's blade - magus, Hextech Gunblade, Rabadon's Deathcap, Liandry's Torment, Zhonya's Hourglass, Void Staff

This is my standard carry late game build which gets me a normal score of 12/7/5 and my personal best of 27/5/16(if u got a better score plz tell me).

Turrets

The turrets now are different in other stages not like the previous seasons where ohh shyt I just got killed by a splitpushin jax under my tower. The tower now counters split pushing a bit so killing turrets are more easier early but harder at late.

Dragon

Dragons now don't give global gold anymore but they have a global buff which increases stats of your champion. But to get all dragon stacks you need around a 45 min game where you guys would get baron than dragon.

Just check the timer every time dragon comes up to do dragon. Best situation is to kill enemy bot lane and mid lane so enemy can't disrupt your team when doing dragon. Beware of the steals.

Baron

Baron doesn't give health or mana regen anymore but gives a siegeing buff which buffs the minions to push for the victory. Do this when your team feels like it or your confident enough to solo baron( like that's ever gonna happen).

This is general where it would work for almost anyone

1) Using the new rift scuttler to escape in the river

2) When trying to survive a chase, run towards the brambleback camp to smite red and get a insta heal which is 20% of your health

3) Smite the gromp before doing dragon as it gives you a poison thornmail which can help with damaging dragon as poison is not counted as a cc.

For alkali never smite the blue camp at later lvls because you don't use mana.

In conclusion alkali jg can be played rank if played correctly. Don't worry if ppl call you troll just because you choose this as they will honor you when you carry the game.
