Im 4tomic 2600 elo top lane player. Former of TSM.eu. Im probably best Nasus player in the world (if not best) i have around 230 rankeds with Nasus and 93% W/L ratio in rankeds.

So Nasus is actually good champion on top lane if u want to dominate in late game, he's dmg output and pushing lane is insane.

AD red - for easier lasthitting and it's increase your Q!
ARMOR yellow - without them u can be harrased hard
AS blue - for winning exchanges and faster pushing
AS quints - -||-

- if u want build Manamune, works great with [
and - for offensive gameplay (100% kill potential)
- if u want be everywhere, good with for backdoors!
- if u are newbie with Nasus.

ALWAYS start with these: Boots 3x Health Potion
After first recall buy: Philosopher's Stone and/or Heart of Gold you going to late game so you can even buy Avarice Blade and Kage's Lucky Pick bit later for maximum gold in lategame!
Your Core is: Manamune with him u can stack Qx2, and now u must care about oom!
Late game core is :
- boots: Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi
- rest:
Manamune - for mana problems,
Warmog's Armor - gives u huge Hp boost,
Frozen Mallet - even more HP and ***in slow (procs with Q),
Thornmail - defensive stats always good,
Atma's Impaler - last item, for increase dmg output,
- optional:
Abyssal Mask if u want go a bit AP!,
Aegis of the Legion if your jungler and support suck,
Archangel's Staff for AP Nasus u want this insead of Manamune,
Banshee's Veil if is a NUKE AP carry in opposite team,
Force of Nature if nobs fed AP carry,
Guardian Angel if u are first target,
Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer and Last Whisper if your AD carry suck,
Ionic Spark, Sunfire Aegisand Tiamat for perma push, TIP: Before 4th attack use Q to double passive, tiamat stack on every tic of it so it seems OP!
Madred's Bloodrazor if nobs fed tank procs with Q,

- He's a dog.

- Hard to master.
