First and foremost, I apologize for some of the language in this guide. This has taken a while and I might slip up. Second off, keep in mind this is mostly my opinion. I have a total of 600k mastery over 4 accounts, but I'm only Silver/Gold Elo in OCE, so my opinion might not be the most informed. However, I'm hoping this information helps at least someone.
Summoner Spells
Take flash in every single game. I've seen Vayne players go Ghost Heal instead, and they get caught out because there was something they should've flashed
