Speaking of Pantheon, he just got gutted! His ult is no longer worth casting at level 6 as you can walk to your target faster than you can ult to them, his stun is worthless early, and the other "buff" to his ult by lowering its cooldown later is completely pointless.

I saw the range. I laughed a little too hard.
pantheons ult nerf was too much, but it did need a nerf, no reason it only scaled by damage instead of range
