Why : Here Is Why I Never Put 9/21/0, These Armor And MR Runes Is More Then Enough. So Increasing The Damage Is A Better/Recommended Choice. Scaling Is Because Since My Damage Is High. End Game Results Is More Important. So Scaling Is Better In My Option. Flat Is Also Fine.
Teemo Runes :Runes
Why : Teemo Need Sustain Or Will Be Very Squishy. So You Will Need Armor And MR. AP Flat Is Better As Mid Have Potential To Kill Faster.
Ezreal Runes :Runes
Why : Ezreal Is Overall A Champion That Needs Damage And
Crowd Control Or It Is Hard For Him to Survive, Damage On Mark And Quint As That Would Boost His Potential. Armor And MR To Survive In Lane.
