WHY AHRI TOP?
In my opinion, it's a very safe pick and works in many matchups. The perfect situation where you can choose this pick is when your team have enough damage and you can just farm and get your items as soon as possible to help them.
I really like to compare it with Ivern. He's a jungler but he doesn't buy damage items, he's just a support. The same happens with Ahri Top, she's a toplaner who helps her team in teamfights, dealing constant damage and healing her allies.
