Introduction
His ship destroyed, his crew nowhere to be found, Olaf miraculously washed up untold miles from ''friendly'' waters on the foreign shores of Valoran, south of Demacia. This unfamiliar place stunned and frightened the Berserker, for Lokfar is not privy to such potent magicians. Approaching them, Olaf hoped that they could use their mysterious powers to send him back to his people. A bargain was struck. Olaf would use his awesome prowess as a warrior to serve the unusual wars of Valoran in the League of Legends, and in exchange the sorcerers would find him a way to return. Despite his participation in the League, Olaf knows better than to trust the ''finger wagglers'' that run the Institute of War. He deliberately keeps details of his life and home from them. After all, with enough information, they would most certainly find the Lokfarians and dominate them as they have dominated all of Valoran, keeping both quietly -- and unwittingly -- in their thrall.
Beware the war cry of the Berserker. What surges toward you is unyielding, free from the shackles of reason.

Best melee passive in the game, the weaker you get the more deadly you become what more could you ask for? this is combined well with Tough It Out because you hit more and you will life steal more.
A good undertow user is just as good as a Frozen Mallet anticipating where they will be and landing this and picking it up and landing it again etc. etc. will insure a kill. practice makes perfect. I only take this at level 3 as 1 rank and leave it last to level up.
Awesome move this move lets you replace those AD items with Beefy items. gives you AD based on 1% of your health (sweet) and gives you life steal and spell vamp (awesome) i start a fight with this and by the end i am able to use it again to sustain myself when i am low on health (remember low health = Berserker Rage = AS + Tough It Out = tons of life steal). i take this at level 2 and max it 2nd.
My personal favorite move of olaf. it does a great deal of damage to your enemy because it is true damage (dope) and its on low cd so spam this as often as you can it turns fights in your favor. in lane throw an Undertow and follow up with a Reckless Swing to harass (if possible to land it) take this at level 1 and max it asap (unless your jungle then take Tough It Out and Reckless Swing at level 2).
This ultimate is one of my favorite, in basic terms this move makes you UNSTOPABLE (for 6 seconds only though =P) and you get 30 armor penetration. So champs who need snares,stuns,slow,tosses etc. etc. to kill, will have a very difficult fight with you while this ability is active or have some type of disadvantage (take note you still receive damage but not the effects of the move).

Greater Seal of Defense
Armor!!! your the tank/initiator/off-tank get in there and absorb those hits. don't be scared
Spam that E, the more times you use Reckless Swing the better chance you have at winning a fight
Greater Quintessence of Vigor
Lets you lane longer, and stacks with Regrowth Pendant you get beat up a little bit just sit back for awhile and you will heal

In a 1v2 position harass with Undertow and if they wont leave you alone harass them with Reckless Swing make them back up. once again if they have good CC ( Blitzcrank , Singed , etc. etc.) just play it safe. when you have a gank coming to aid you hit ghost and initiate like the boss you are and have your jungle help you
Initiation
Start by throwing an Undertowat their squishiest champ and most deadly champ, usually the caster or ad carry. Ghost and do whatever you must to get to their carry usually you can run by and Reckless Swing them.
Mid fight
Activate Tough It Out and hit away on their carry. When you are about to be tossed, stunned, pushed back, or pulled just ult. and keep hitting if the carry retreats go for anyone besides the tank. and fight until they are all dead or until you pop your guardian angel
End of Fight
by this time they should at least have 3 ppl dead or your team should have more champs living
if needed flash when you revive
This Build is surrounded by the idea of kill or be killed never fight if you cant come out with one kill or help your team with kills. "Go Hard or Go Home"
Small Golems
Hit the big golem once and activate Tough It Out followed by Smite finish off the little one with auto attacks only and head to ...
Wraiths
Hit the big one once activate Tough It Out activate Health Potion after the big wraiths is dead and head over to ...
Wolves
Hit big one and activate Tough It Out auto attack the little ones down next is blue ...
Blue/Big Golem Camp
Hit the golem once activate Tough It Out in between hits activate one Reckless Swing and smite to kill and auto attack the other minions
Ganking
hit with Undertow and with Reckless Swing make them flash and come back after you claim red. (key to ganking is to scare them and make them use their summoner spells)
