- I have a lot more experience playing Senna as an ADC, rather than a support, which is why Senna ADC's build is much more in-depth.

Summoner Spells
Flash is essential on nearly all champs, and this includes xSenna. Flash is required to play Senna efficiently.
Heal is essential in the bot lane, if you are ADC and your support doesn't have it, bring it! If you're support and your ADC doesn't bring it, you bring it!
If you're ADC and you don't think Exhaust or Teleport will be of much use, then this is the spell to bring.
Runes
Fleet Footwork gives you the ability to move around quickly and gives you sustain.
Arcane Comet provides very strong poke ability, it works especially well with your ultimate in the mid-late game.
Glacial Augment provides a lot of slows and keeps the enemies in place for you and your support/adc to get easy kills.
Items
This will only cover the core items, more details may come later.
Manamune is strong on senna because of how easy it is to stack mana, meaning it consistently provides power.
Prowler's Claw is a very aggressive item, mainly used on assassins, but the stats that it gives are amazing for Senna.
Immortal Shieldbow is mainly a stat item, but that isn't a bad thing. The stats given are very useful to senna and can give her a strong burst of power upon the completion of the item.
Guinsoo's Rageblade is an odd item, not normally used on Senna but I have found moderate success with it, and feel that it could work well.
