Fizz
Fizz has a strong level 2 and 3 and can just hop away from your knock up and a lot of your abilities. Play safe and take advantage of when his abilities are down.
Amumu
Amumu has a good amount of crowd control and can let you easily land your knockup for a good combo.

Champion Build Guide
Pros
-Tons of Burst
-Great Crowd Control
-Can still build tanky
-Tons of range to gank with Elastic Slingshot
-Quite mobile for a normally tank
-Tons of Fun
Cons
-Much more squishy than a full tank build
-Long cool downs on Stretching Strikes and Elastic Slingshot early game
-Team reliant after you use all of your abilities
Keystones
Electrocute - I take Electrocute most of the time because you don't have to rely on stacking it like you do with Dark Harvest, and it is extremely easy to combo an enemy if you land Elastic Slingshot. It completely destroys squishies and you don't need to rely on them being low to make use of it.
Dark Harvest - This is a good option as it still gives you a lot of burst, but it just feels less reliable. If you do snowball with it and get a lot of stacks, this very well could be better than Electrocute though.
Predator - This is niche and not all that great because Zac relies on Elastic Slingshot to gank, unlike a champion like Gragas who runs in from a shorter range. However, it can be fun to use and can burst the enemy.
Aftershock - This is mostly used because the extra armor and magic resist it gives you. If you're playing a bruiser build, it'll let you stay alive a lot longer as you won't even get as much burst from domination but will get some extra from armor and magic resist with aftershock.
Domination Options
Cheap Shot - This gives true damage and can be a viable option, but it doesn't give you the magic pen for your burst that Sudden Impact would give you.
Sudden Impact - The magic pen you gain from this is super useful when ganking with Elastic Slingshot as it will last your entire combo.
Eyeball Collection - This is pretty standard and is the only one I take. You want to gank a lot and try to stack it as fast as possible.
Ravenous Hunter - This is a solid choice for healing, but the largest issue is that you rely on bursting enemies so once your abilities are down it won't do much for you and you generally won't get much health since you'll be going in with full health.
Ingenious Hunter - This is pretty much mostly useful for Predator due to how long it's cooldown is reduced with this.
Ultimate Hunter - I normally take this as you're ultimate is extremely useful and having it off cooldown faster can be a huge gamechanger.
Stalker's Blade - Runic Echoes - This is standard for AP junglers. It's great for the cooldown reduction, AP, and passive provided from it. I choose Stalker's Blade as the slow just adds even more crowd control to your already crowd control heavy kit.
Sorcerer's Shoes - More speed, more Magic Pen. If you're going full AP, this makes the most sense
Ninja Tabi - Great for a bruiser build against an AD heavy team with a lot of auto attacks.
Mercury's Treads - Great for a bruiser build against an AP heavy team with a lot of crowd control.
Morellonomicon - Magic Pen, Health, and AP are all super useful. Best to upgrade from Oblivion Orb if they have a good amount of healing for the grievous wounds.
Zhonya's Hourglass - Zac's cooldowns will be short by this point in the game so the passive can keep you alive until they're up. Combined with the armor to survive, cooldown reduction, and AP, it's a great choice into AD comps, especially with assassins.
Banshee's Veil - Best if they have heavy AP or a champion like an AP Malphite who will rely on one shotting you from full health. The passive is super useful, and combined with the stats it's an overall solid option into heavy AP teams.
Liandry's Torment - More health and AP, as well as a burn and more damage as you survive. Even though you are building AP, you can often live long enough to stack up the extra damage from the passive, especially when combining this item with more tanky items like Banshee's Veil or Zhonya's Hourglass.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter - Great for slowing the enemy. It's cheap and provides Health and AP. It'll help you staying on enemies while using Let's Bounce!.
Rabadon's Deathcap - Good for a full AP build as it just gives you even more. Best for late game when you already have a good amount of AP to take the most advantage of it's passive.
Spellbinder - Allows you to catch up to enemies with the extra movement speed and you can spam Unstable Matter due to it's low cooldown when picking up your goo.
Void Staff - Useful against teams with a lot of magic resist.
Hextech Rocketbelt - Let's you catch up to enemy while providing good health and AP and even more cooldown reduction.
Lich Bane - More of a fun item, but can add to your high burst with electrocute if you have a good amount of AP. I don't build this too often personally. Also has good stats.
Shurelya's Battlesong - More health, CDR, regen, and an active that can be used to combo with Let's Bounce! extremely well or can be used to start fights.
Mejai's Soulstealer - This isn't that great as it can be a huge waste of gold if you fall off, but if you maintain a lead it can also give you a ton of AP and movement speed.
Spirit Visage - Great with Zac's blobs as he will just get more and more health out of them.
Thornmail - A useful item that is an alternative way to apply Grievous wounds and being tanky.
Sunfire Aegis - More Health, Armor, and a Burn. Overall a good option if you want to be tanky since you won't have the passive from Cinderhulk.
Dead Man's Plate - Good tank item with a bit of mobility.
Randuin's Omen - Good if they have a lot of crit or if you want to slow them when you go in with Elastic Slingshot
Warmog's Armor - Insane Regen if you have at least 3k health to keep you from backing. You don't have to worry about mana as Zac, so this will make it so you only ever have to back to spend gold really.
