Introduction
This is the best and most reliable build. You are effective throughout all parts of the game, and this build-path fixes one major issue Gangplank has, and that is earlygame mana.
PROS: Effective throughout all stages of the game, good teamfighting damage, lane sustain, some poke, high damage, somewhat tanky, high mobility.
CONS: Outclassed by top-tiers (Volibear, Dr. Mundo, Jax, Xin Xiao), low CC, not full-tank, Powder Kegs can be farmed by enemies, no engage.

This build should only be considered if your team have a full-tank jungler and maybe a tanky support. This build is basically a midlane assassin build but with crit. (NOTE: This Build Relies completely on your RUNE PAGE, if this is too expensive avoid this build)
PROS: Absurd damage, reliable one-shots, 2nd ADC, AOE crits, can instantly win a teamfight with Powder Kegs.
CONS: Absurdly squishy, difficult laning phase, COMPLETELY RELIANT ON RUNE PAGE, can get one-shotted, useless without a tank on the team.

The key to Bank-Plank is to sustain yourself while endlessly farming. You will get full build faster than everyone else without sacrificing too much to get there.
PROS: Extreme sustain, very hard to fall behind, fast builds, more money for consumables, 11
% crit.
CONS: Weak lategame, mana issues earlygame, very little actual combat runes.

Tank-Plank is a mix of on-hit items and tank stats into a support-esq fighter. You have plenty of damage and still be able to tank for your team.
PROS: High burst damage with tank stats, cleanse to remove lockdown, large amounts of disruption, AOE damage with slows.
CONS: Gets outclassed by hyper-tanks, no hard CC, somewhat expensive build, item reliant.
