(Assuming you didnt recall or cheater recalled without losing to much xp) Your botlane and support should be level 4 when you reach level6. If you are premade this is when ganks should happen. Find priority midlane ping bot first before teleporting in so they have 5 seconds notice to set up a gank. If your botlane is totally dominated 5 minutes in game and enemy botlane has 3+ kills already then don't go there. Before you teleport in, use your ability, look where the jungler is first, you see everyone on the map. If jungler is botlane don't gank because this will result in 3v3 unless he really is clueless.
- 6 to 11
If you managed to succesfully ganked botlane you can now teleport back to lane and continue farming. use the priority you have to succesfully contest voidgrubs or dragons depending on what your jungler does. Keep in mind you are the team-captain as a twisted Fate
Late game

If you go to a lane, don't just clear it and leave. Make sure your wave has more caster minions then enemy wave. This way you build up a wave and enemy has to deal with this minion lane.
