Threats & Synergies
Probably one of the champions that are best for teamfights. Even then he holds his own in Top-lane as one of the most annoying champions. Set up a Freeze and Farm the Lane. You can All-in him lv6 if he uses Lightning Rush to come forward. Don't Ask for Ganks unless he is over-extended due to your Freeze or he can just Lightning Rush Away and you'll waste everyone's time. You can now Parry the stun from his Passive which makes this match-up a bit easier.
Stupid Damage Early Game and Constant Kiting. Plus Hourglass are Broken which is the main reason you even see Mages Top-Lane. Start with Corrupting Pot and Play Passive. Parry her Ultimate/Turn Around(Comes with Practice) Rush Mercury Treads. Get Quicksilver Sash if you don't want to get Mercury Treads against their Team comp.
Ton of Poke, a Dis-engage which is hard to Parry and Her R which is Bullshit. She gets to roam after Lv.6 at 600 movement spd so if she beats you in lane she's going to cause other lanes to snowball as well. Start with Corrupting Potion. Rush Tabis against her. Spam Ping your Laners if she's missing from the lane after Level 6.
Poke, Range and CC is what makes him Stupid to deal with. He also has an easy Burst-combo basically making a Ranged Pantheon. Corrupting Potion is your starting item to get through the laning phase. Don't fight him without your Jungler and keep the Wave Frozen to make Top-lane easier to gank for your Jungler. Parry his Knockback.
The Main Reason he was broken beyond reason was his Old Passive which no longer exists. The other reason he's still so high up is because his kit is still Oppressive in lane. Get Armor in your runes Play Around his Mana, if he doesn't have enough to All-in you, you can All-in him. Parry his W, especially if it's empowered. Ping your team the moment he leaves the lane and keep scaling.
No matter how much damage you take out of her kit, she will forever remain broken. You can hit Vitals on her even when she's in her Shroud as long as you know where to aim. You Can Parry Her R2 and her Empowered AA. Try Parrying her E2 AA Q Combo, you'll easily win that trade. Keep track of her energy bar, if she wastes too much energy then it's your opportunity to take a good trade. There's not a lot of room to punish her so you might want to be patient and focus on scaling.
Now this is some real Cancer right here boys. You pretty much cant kill him in lane unless he somehow messes up and he will out-scale you in team fighting HARD. Corrupting Potions to Lane along with some Magic Resist in your runes. Executioner's Calling After Tiamat ALWAYS. Walk away from him if he gets his Empowered Q, indicated by his Bar turning Red. Poke him but not at the cost of your own HP because he has ways to out-heal you and kill you if you're low. You can only kill him by forcing him to use Pool and then running him down while he's over-extended without it. (It's a 25 Second CD) Parry Empowered Q in an all-in.
He got nerfed but he's still Strong since he rushes armor and then kites you with movement speed. It's Plenty Possible to Bait out his Ultimate if you make it seem like you're in a tough spot(Hold your Q) You can parry his Cage. Dont fight him without you have boots and Phage or else you'll get Kited and die. Freeze and make it easy for your jungler to gank.
This is not a lane this is just Torment. You'll be under your turret for the first 15 Minutes of the game making you Question why even bother with this Game? Take Teleport and Just Farm out the Lane, there's not much you can do here. Take Corrupting Pot in Lane and Pick up Mercs so you dont get overwhelmed by his damage. You can beat him if he doesn't have his turrets set-up or if you kill his turrets and still have Most of your Hp.  Don't ask for ganks just focus on farming till the Laning Phase is over, you will out-scale Hard.
Too much Poke and a Blind which is Infamous for being Brain damaging to players. Start with Corrupting Pot. Bait out his Blind while pretending to All-in him(Do this by simply using your Q on a vital and attacking him once and most teemo players get scared and instantly blind you). At Lv6 All-in him after baiting his Blind and kill him. if you fail to kill him you probably wont get another chance at it because you will lose all your HP here. you outdamage him in an All-in. Make sure you get sweeper so you dont step on his shrooms. Make full use of Bushes to drop Minion Aggro and stop him from just following you to hit you.
Alright Riot Threw him a Bone and being the Crocodile he is, he made full use of it. Extremely Strong Early-Game due to his Burst Combo that lets him take negligible damage if done right. Don't fight him when he has more than 60% rage. He can reset his dash Timer by hitting a target with it so if you're low HP stay a good distance away from the Minion wave You will need Bone Plating. Conqueror/Grasp is all up to you but Grasp is better here. If you take Conqueror then take Resolve Secondary. Don't Fight him early unless he has a low Rage Bar. Only Q Front Vitals no point Trading Pre Lv.6 he heals too much from his Q.
He got nerfed but he still has a great All-in especially if you miss Parry. Take Corrupting Pot as your Starting item. Dodge his Q using your own Q. Remember you can Parry his Dash & Ultimate.
Extremely Strong Kit in Lane. His lane can be Oppressing if you keep letting him trade with you. Parry his Hook and he's a Sitting Duck. If you mess up you're in for a beating. Parrying his W is good You can Q into him when he uses his Q to deny the Healing. If he somehow gets an early lead make sure you have Boots or you'll get Run-down.
Aite no one's talking about it but he's Busted. You outscale him though so it's so bad. You can Parry his Ultimate And His Charge which are most of his damage. Don't fight him when he has his Q Stacked up. Play around his Conqueror.
Do not underestimate this champion. He benefited the most from the new Sanguine Blade item and he's currently really good in Jungle as well. You can Parry his Fear, it's not too hard to get the timing right. You should rush Tabis against him since he will probably Rush Sanguine Blade and most of his damage is from AAs. His R can be used to gank Mid quite easily so I recommend keeping your eyes on him and your pings.
This is a stupid Match-up where all he will do is force you to split against him. The only way you can actually make him useless is by stomping him in lane or Praying to god your team Rotates. Watch his Rage bar and dont engage him when it's near to full or full. He will probably have Conquerer so play around that. Never intiate without your Conquerer and it's better to fight him when you have your Conq ready and he doesnt.  Rush Tabis after getting your Tiamat if you feel like you're losing lane.
A Skill matchup. If you're able to parry her hard cc you win the trade. If she's able to bait out your parry she wins the trade.  Tabis are a good buy. *Important* Currently she's busted out of her god-damn mind and Riot refuses to nerf her so consider banning her if you're in High-Elo.
Skill matchup. you can fight him level 6 but I like to bait out his Ult so I dont have to damage through the insane amount of armor he gets from it. Play around your Conqueror. Try to parry his Counterstrike, if you're able to do it you will win the trade. *Some Jax will vary the timing at which they stun you so you're gonna have to learn to predict that*
This Champion has a trash Design. All her damage depends on hitting her E. Her whole Kit Revolves around a Gimmick. All her damage is from Tentacles and they are All skillshots. Parry Her E or her Ultimate and you should be fine. It's Possible to bait her ultimate out and run away. Her Ultimate is all her damage after the Laning Phase. Kill her tentacles when possible without getting hit by E.  She falls off late-game so you can play safe until then as well Don't ask for Ganks if you're losing or she will get a double kill.
A Well Rounded Champion. There's nothing that makes him OP but he's just overall a strong Pick. Dont fight him when he has Ghouls. Parry his Q. Dont waste your Q on random things early or he'll lock you down with his wall and you're dead since you cant hit any vitals when you're in it and your Q is on CD. Dont fight him when he has Conq and His Maiden Up it's pretty much Feeding unless you're ahead.
Ay Tanks are good now, dont underestimate his early damage for it will be your demise. The reason he is good is not because he beats you, it's because he beats your teammates. Parry his Dash/Taunt. Do not get close to him under his turret, he will taunt you and you will die. Do not get close to him when he has a big Minion wave, he will taunt you and Minions will do a lot of damage Early. Keep track of his R, ping to make sure your teammates are aware.
48 Armor at Lv1? Q-Spam that has a weirdly large hitbox? Takes no Damage because Conqueror is Nerfed as hell? I wonder what the Problem is. Don't bother fighting him early you will not win. Only Q-Poke Front Vitals. He has a Supporting Ultimate so you start beating him once you Hit Level 6. Parry the Q that will stun you when you're at full stack of his Passive OR his Devour.
He is Over-buffed since the preseason. Scales better than anyone else yet doesn't have that bad of an Early-Game. Once Nasus gets ahead he stays ahead. Q-Poke Vitals on him whenever you have the chance, Keep the Pressure on but don't think that he's just a punching bag till he has stacks. Get Executioner's Calling After Tiamat since his Q will start to heal him at that point. Slow-Push Waves into his turret so he has a difficult time stacking up. DON'T LET HIM FREEZE! When a Nasus walks up to your AA range the first thing he will do is use his Q, so Parry that(Good Nasus will bait your parry out so beware). you beat nasus till the Mid-game so you should try to kill him before then. If you roam, make sure you get objectives or else you're trading nasus stacks for nothing.
A Shield, Poke and a Burst Combo once he hits Lv.6. Try to parry his ult in All-ins. If he rushes Bramble West against you, dont bother fighting him in lane you wont win the trades. It's better to play this lane passively because you outscale him by the 20 minute mark if you're not behind. He may not beat you but he will definitely beat your team in team-fights so stick with them if they keep dying.
She got some Buffs and they worked but You should have no Trouble against her. If she uses her heal when she's in your Q Range, Run her down the lane. If she uses Q on the wave, you can run her down the lane. Her E is an Execute so If you're low on HP, it's worth Parrying. Parrying her Ult is good if it's a 1v1. Set up a Freeze because Kayle Players get a lot of attention from their Junglers.
He's not that strong but if he gets ahead it's near impossible to Punish him for Over-extending in Lane. Don't ask for Ganks He will Ult the weak person, get a kill and walk back to his turret. You will need Executioner's but don't Rush it after Tiamat. Easy to Dodge his Q by using your own Q. Don't trade into his W shield and don't be fooled by his Low HP, His W Shield adds on to it.
Ranged Top laners will always be a problem. Vayne specifically does a good job in countering Fiora. You can parry her E(Knockback) but it has hard to predict so I recommend you stay away from Walls. You can Burst her down with your Q>E1>Tiamat>E2 Combo and if you're able to parry her E after this it's an easy kill. If you use your R on her, she will usually follow up with E to push you away. Rushing Sanguine Blade after Tiamat is a valid option here.
He got Buffed and Riot since to give him a Free Executioner's on his Hook. The Pulling Part of his Hook applies 60% Griveous Wounds but it's extremely easy to parry. Beware of his Remount, Burst him down when he Dismounts. Keep your eyes on the Remount Bar.
Take Corrupting Pot as Starting item. Dont fight him pre-level 6 and just try to get as much farm as possible. You can Burst him down when you hit level 6. Dont be scared to walk to his barrels and destroy them if hes farming back.
It's a skill match-up similar to Riven. Her Early-Game is pretty weak.  Don't get hit by her W. Q Into her If she tries to hit you with it. If you parry her E you win the trade. If she Baits out your parry she wins the trade. Her early-game is weak so theres a high chance you will kill her in a lv6 All-in as long as you're not already behind. She scales Just as well as you so try to end the game early if you get ahead of her.
This is a Skill Match-up but it favors you because his Knock-up is so easy to parry. Q-W his Tornados to stun him. Make sure his Shield is on cdr when you go for Trades or All-ins(You can turn it off by using Q on a minion near him and using your tiamat at the end of the Q to damage him with AoE). Ninja Tabis are good against him since All his damage is from auto attacks.
This is Pretty much a Cheese Pick. If you're up against Shaco in the top lane you may as well expect him to be Pink Ward's Lost Child. Remeber where he places his box and get Sweeper Trinket if you forget. Sweepers Disable his Boxes so get that EVEN IF YOU'RE AHEAD. If you all-in him when he has no boxes placed you'll win. If he rushes Lethality, make sure you get your Tabis.
This is guy is a cheese pick. His Early-Game is stupidly strong but he falls off. Do not fight him before level 3 he will out damage you hard. Try to Predict and parry his E(his Dunk). Farm up and you should beat him at lv6. Try to dodge his Axe the best you can as it gives him a window to All-in or stack his Conqueror. Rush Executioner's After your Tiamat, you don't want him to kill thanks to his absurd lifesteal.
This used to be a Skill matchup until he got a slight rework and now he's strong. Don't underestimate his damage. All his trades start with him running up to you with his Q but good Garen Players can Bluff. Parry his Q and you will win the trade. Good Garen Players will try to bait your parry out before they Q you, dont fall for it. He stacks Conqueror super fast so don't underestimate him. If he hits his Q into E, you're in big trouble.
You Can Easily Parry his Q and Ult. Play around your Conquerer and you wont lose against him. Don't All-in before Level 6, only take short trades.
She does a bit too much damage Early despite not building any damage. She will try to Wall-stun you which you can parry, but it's better to steer clear of Walls. Her early-game damage is stupid so try not to trade with her pre-level 6. The Light Ball that drops on the ground is her passive that gives her a shield, you can step on it to deny it.
His Cleavers will be your demise if you're not careful. Make sure you Rush Executioner's Calling after your Tiamat to counter his Ult healing. You can also pick up Ignite for lane in case you don't want to rush Executioner's. Don't Split-Push too much, he is a great Front-line tank and will destroy your team if you're not there.
This is a fun match-up and it Favors you. There are Multiple things to parry and the 2 Second Stun you get off of them makes this a Free win. Parry his Last Q as that's what does the most damage and easiest to parry. You can also parry his W as it's about to drag you back in as he usually pairs it up with his last Q to lock you down. You can fight him in his Ultimate without any problem, just make sure you dodge some of his Qs with your own Q.
This is a fun Match-up. She has a stun that easy to predict and parry and she can be harassed easily. You beat her in lane hard. Whenever she Qs onto a minion near you, you Q her for free damage. Dont be scared to trade with her as long as you can proc vitals. Parry her E it's super obvious. Dont Fight her when she has her Passive & Conqueror stacked.
Another Fun Match-up where you can parry something quite easily. If she brings Hail of Blades she's planning to 1-shot you at lv3 which she CAN if you mess up Parry. Parry her Q and dont fight her Pre-Lv6 unless you Stun her. You should be fine 1v1 since her ult doesnt do that much damage. Dont take 2v1s she has too much CC.
He's a strong frontline tank late-game so you dont want the game to drag on. It's better to parry his Silence and Dodge His knock-up but you can parry both. If you Parry the Knock-up just make sure you Q-E into him before he Silences you. Never Forget the True Damage Ultimate, if you're low he will deal 30% of your HP as True Damage. Later in the game that goes up to 50% of your HP.
You beat him HARD. Take Corrupting Potion in Lane and Don't fight him when he's in his Ranged Form as he has an easy way to escape. You trash him when He's Transformed into Mega-Gnar. Parry his Ultimate(in his Mega Form) it's not too hard to do. You also outscale him HARD.
No one in their Right mind is gonna play Ashe Top. why did you even click this? Dont Stress it you'll be fine.
Very good to have because you can stack her E passive insanely fast with your Q + E.
Yeah, Yuumi is beyong Broken on Fiora. You Basically enter Raid Boss Mode once you're Fed and you have a Yuumi on your Team.
Nothing like a Soraka R, to let you turn around the 1v3 and kill everyone. A good Soraka will carry the game through you.
Has the best Synergy with you because she's Fiora. You may as well replace all your other teammates with her. People dont know but I heard from a completely reliable person under a bridge that if 2 Fioras hit Riposte on someone, then the target- Both Fioras get banned because you cant Pick 2 Fioras in the same team without hacking.
Fiora currently has 2 different Keystones she can safely pick. It's not crystal clear how much one is stronger than the other but Conqueror Probably takes that cake, especially if you know what you're doing. The Reworked Conqueror has its True Damage part removed for better Healing. It now heals 15% of all damage dealt to champions when at 10 Stacks which is basically another Death's Dance Added into Fiora's Arsenal. Grasp of the Undying is also a viable option but it pales in comparison to the reworked Conqueror. Even then Grasp is not bad and you can carry games regardless of which Keystone you pick.
The New Conqueror is great on Fiora. Since the start Fiora never really oicked Conqueror for the True damage it used to offer. The Healing was what made it good and now that healing has been essentially doubled. Fiora already deals enough True damage thanks to her Passive Duelist's Dance and her Ultimate Grand Challenge. Fiora is one of the champions that benefited the most off of the Conqueror Rework and it's definitely overall the best Keystone to pick.
Conqueror now stacks up to 10 times. Your Lunge gives you 2 stacks of Conqueror meaning that the way Fiora stacks it up has not changed much. You poke your opponent with your Lunge repeatedly until you hit 4 or 6 Stacks. From there you simply All-in and Conqueror will Proc quite early in the Fight. The reason I did not recommend Conqueror before was because it was not that good during the laning phase. You were essentially playing without a keystone in the Early-Game but now that has changed. The healing from Conqueror can throw of your opponents and turn around fights even in lane. Plus The 15% Spell Vamp from Conqueror paired with Death's Dance, Ravenous Hydra, Sanguine Blade and Legend: Bloodline adds up to an absurd amount of Self Healing Late-Game
Grasp is Simpler to Proc and Provides a stronger Laning-Phase for Fiora. Difficult Match-ups like Renekton where you dont have the ability to Stack up Conqueror become a lot easier. Fiora can use Lunge to Proc Grasp and if you get a Vital along with it, it will Chunk Hard. You can pretty much Bully some champions out of the lane if you play it right. Although Conqueror Scales better than Grasp of the Undying, it doesn't mean Grasp doesn't scale at all. Each Grasp Proc increases your Maximum Health by 5. In the Long Run, Grasp will increase your HP Pool by Quite a bit. The Resolve tree makes you slightly more Tanky as well so you'll be looking a Fiora that is strong in Lane and can take more Hits later on.
*Don't bother taking Grasp of the Undying Against Ranged Match-ups since you wont be able to Proc it much.
These will be in order of usefulness e.g Taking Sorcery (Keystone: Conqueror) or Precision (Keystonne: Grasp of the Undying) Secondary will be your First Priority for your Secondary Runes.
: The best pick in the first Row. It provides you with HP upon takedown to keep you going in teamfights or to turn around a 1v2. It also gives you 20 gold/takedown which racks up to quite a bit in the long run.
: There is not much reason to pick this rune since Truimph is much better and it's mostly something you pick-up if you already have a way to shield yourself or to Synergize with the Passive on Bloodthirster, but Fiora prefers Death's Dance over it.
: Definitely the best Pick in the Second row. It gives you 3% Attack speed right off the bat and it's overall a lot easier to stack than its counterparts. If you're new, this will also help you with CS-ing.
: 12% Lifesteal from your runes? Heck Yeah. It takes a longer time to stack but more lifesteal never hurt anybody and it works really well on Fiora. Pick this over Alacrity if you know what you're doing on Fiora.
: Generally the best Pick in the last row. There is little reason to pick up any of the others.
: ALWAYS BRING When going Ignite otherwise don't bring it.
: Fiora's Mid-game mana costs are high. You'll find yourself constantly running out of mana if you spam your skills on the wave. Although I dont recommend this but if your main problem with Fiora is her mana costs then you can pick this up.
: My Recommended build only has 30% CDR. Although CDR is not the most important thing for Fiora but it's much appreciated. You can pick this up to reach CDR Cap if you feel like it.
: Doesn't work on Fiora. You're supposed to be on the front-line constantly taking damage and healing it back up. It has also been nerfed so don't bother with it.
: The Rune I always wish I had if the game drags on for more than 30 minutes. The AD it provides lets you Ramp up your already strong Late-game power. This is basically your free ticket to victory for a game that drags on for too long. The Extra AD it gives can be used to replace damage items for Defensive items without sacrificing damage.
: Some extra sustain here and there. Not the most reliable source because of its long cooldown but it works.
: Works with Fiora's Lunge, if enemies are squishy then this is can be paired up with Sanguine Blade to gain burst damage.
: The only Rune you need in the last row. It ramps up your healing by a good amount. Spell Vamp from a Rune? Heck Yeah.
: A Great Pick in the Resolve Tree. It will help you whittle down that turret bit by bit for those juicy platings. platings were nerfed in 9.23 but they a great way to snowball. Highly Recommended.
: A situational Pick. If you're up against Poke-Champions like Pantheon, Jayce or Teemo then this rune becomes useful. It lets you sustain in lane along with your Corrupting Potion, so that you dont get Poked out.
: It's pretty good in most cases. It works exceptionally well against champions that try to burst you down like Renekton. If you play around it you can practically save 100-200 of your HP.
: Fiora doesn't build a lot of Armor/MR and in most cases you just inflate your HP. This rune helps if you're going for a more defensive build but that's rarely the case for Fiora.
The Best Pick for the Last Row. It increases your HP pool by roughly 200.
: It's not great but it does work. I feel like it needs a slight buff for it to be picked over Overgrowth.
Executioner's Calling: This item is situatinal for when you're up against a champ that has a ton of HP-Regen or Lifesteal. Rush against Aatrox Dr. Mundo Vladimir Mordekaiser Nasus Renekton Sylas Illaoi Olaf or against someone rushing Lifesteal(Just like you) for example a Riven with Death's Dance. The item provides a passive that lets you cut their healing by 40% so they dont just life steal all the damage you do to them. Get This after Tiamat if you're up against these types of champs.
Ravenous Hydra: The Core Item for Fiora, it gives you early-game sustain and lets you clear waves because that's one of the things fiora sucks at. Some people like to rush Tiamat and go towards Trinity Force which is not Worth it. Trinity is not an item you should rush due to how expensive it is and sitting on Tiamat wasting your Power-Spike for when you finish Ravenous Hydra is just dumb.
Trinity Force: The item that's meant for fiora. Fiora is great at Sheen procs thanks to Bladework. When you get Trinity force you start melting towers and you're able to Burst people with your - - - - Combo. In this combo you proc your sheen and the whole thing takes less than 2 seconds. Learn this combo if you want to do good on fiora it's your main burst combo.
The Black Cleaver: This is a situational core item which I almost never take on fiora. The upside of this item is that it costs 733g less than the Trinity Force And gives a bit more HP. The item Provides Less Utility than Trinity Force. I take this item when I'm losing in lane against a Tank and the enemy team has more than 1 Tank. If you become stubborn and get trinity when you've lost in lane against a tank you'll end up behind as Trinity costs a LOT and You wont have any armor shredding. Thanks to the HP it provides it can also work as a Semi-tank Item for Fiora in case you want to be on the Front-line. If you're snowballing, just take Trinity Force Instead of this.
Boots: You have the Option of Ninja Tabi and Mercury Treads. what you take obviously depends on the enemy team comp. If the enemy team has a lot of AD and AA reliant champs take tabis if they have a lot of CC and Magic Damage take Mercs. Champs like Fiddlesticks Zac Amumu that can chain CC you till you die, force you to take Mercs. Tabis Work Great against some champions like Tryndamere Quinn Yasuo. Rush Tabis if you're up against a champion that is building Lethality in lane. Serrated Dirk gets almost completely countered by a single Cloth Armor. Sit on Cloth armor and sell it after the laning Phase if the enemy team does not have a lot AD champs and you're gonna need Mercs.
Death's Dance: The Buffed Death's Dance is stupid on fiora. It lets you heal off of your true damage. Fiora has a ton of true damage on her kit As well as her conquerer. The true damage you do with your vitals will heal you, the true damage you do with your conquerer procs will heal you and the 80 AD from the item also makes it one of the best on fiora. Some people like to take Bloodthirster instead of Death's Dance but Bloodthirster does not heal you off of your True damage(Which Fiora gets from Conqueror & Duelist's Dance) and does not give you 10% cdr. Get this item before or after Spear of Shojin.
Sterak's Gage: After the nerf Sterak's became less useful but I still think that it's a much needed item on fiora. As fiora you're usually going to be in the center of the team fight taking a lot of damage and the passive on this item lets you survive that. Paired with the HP on Trinity Force you gain a ton of Max HP. The item also gives you 63 AD at Lv.18 so it's definitely something I pick up since it's Hybrid(Offense & Defense). It can also be picked early if you're getting blown up by fed enemy champions.
Sanguine Blade: A New item that was broken on many champions at the start. It's since then been nerfed but it's still a viable option for Fiora. The item is situational because it forces you to split-push. Yes Fiora is better at split-pushing than team fighting but sometimes you have to Group with your team to stop them from dying. The item also provides you with Lethality which is a near useless stat if you're fighting Tanks. Even then the item is really strong if picked up in the right situation and lets you burst down squishy targets or take Turrets a lot faster. It's best to build this when your team is holding their own in Team-fights/Skirmishes and the enemy does not have more than 1 Tank Champion.
Mortal Reminder: A very situational item that you complete last if you rushed Executioner's Calling. The only purpose it servers is the healing cut but the item got slighly buffed recently and it's not a bad pick. Make sure you only pick this up if the enemy has some of the champs I've mentioned above.
Guardian Angel: The best defense item in League I'd say. I usually never pick up this item but if my team is feeding their *** off and I'm the only hardcore carry in the game and the enemy has fed AD champs(espcially Assasins) like Kha'Zix Rengar Shaco then this item is definitely worth picking up instead of a Sterak's. If late-game when you have completed your items and you use this item's passive do not sit on the item and wait for the passive to go off Cooldown, just sell the item and get something else. Without the passive this item is heavily under-stat.
Randiun's Omen: This item is a Situational Pick. You get this specifically for Crit-Based Champions such as Yasuo & Tryndamere. You can also get it against Fed ADCs that use Crit such as Jhin Tristana Vayne if their damage goes out of control. If the enemy team does not have Crit-based champions causing you problems then do not pick this, you'll be better off with Guardian Angel
Mercurial Scimitar: Another very situational item on fiora which you take if the enemy has too much cc. As a Fiora you're always looking to parry incoming cc because a cc'd fiora is a sad fiora. It's good against a Team Comp of Let's Say Amumu, Morgana and Veigar. This item takes skill and practice to use and I dont recommend it for players who are learning Fiora. If you cant make good use of its passive it's a very under-stat item.
Quicksilver Sash, the component for this item is also Great if you're getting CC'd Early. If you don't want to build Mercurial Scimitar Just sit on Quicksilver Sash and then sell it later for another item.
Spirit Visage: A great item which Indirectly Amps up your Life-steal by 30%. It does not only affect Life-steal but also Healing from Ravenous Hydra, Ravenous Hunter & Death's Dance. If you were healing 200 out of the 1000 damage you dealt then Picking this up will increase it to 260. It also Provides you with much Needed HP and Magic Resist. It's better than Sterak's Gage if the Enemy has a lot of AP Champions but Dont take this item with the Suggested Build or you'll Overcap CDR by 20% which is Terrible. If you do want this item, don't take Spear of Shojin. Try not to overcap CDR By more than 10%.
Maw of Malmortius: It's a very Situational Item you can Pick if you're not building Sterak's Gage. The Passive on Sterak's Gage and Maw of Malmortius / Hexdrinker are the same. Unique Passives Do Not Stack and Building both will result in only one Working. Maw of Malmortius in itself is an Under-Stat Item and you're usually only going to build its Component Hexdrinker.
Hexdrinker is a great item to pick-up if a Mage on the enemy team is Fed e.g LeBlanc Ekko Zoe. Usually your Mercury's Treads are going to be enough to let you survive Mid-Game Burst Damage from Mages but if for some reason you went for Ninja Tabi or AP Damage is getting out of hand, this item will let you survive it. I do not Recommend Finishing your Hexdrinker into Maw of Malmortius, Just Sit on It till Late-game and sell it For Sterak's Gage.
I will Keep my Explanations as Comprehensive as needed and also Provide External Links to Videos you can watch to help you understand what I'm talking about. No matter how much I explain some things, you wont understand until you play the champion yourself.
During the Laning Phase You're looking to Solo Kill your Enemy Laner depending on the Match-up. Since you took Ignite, you wanna get a few Kills in lane before the Laning Phase ends. You need to be aware of the Enemy Jungler's pathing at all times and make sure you're first to help if your Jungler gets invaded. If The Enemy Top-Laner Leashed for his Jungler make sure you put down a ward in the River Bush to avoid Dying to an early Gank. If you're able to Solo Kill your enemy Laner, it will create pressure in Top-Lane forcing their Jungler to come help his teammate. Your team can use this opportunity to Pick up a Free Drake .
How to get a Favorable Trade in Lane?
There are two things that will win you trades in the Early-Game. The First is Minions which deal a surprising amount of damage. You can use the to your advantage by building up a Large Minion wave of your own and Trading in the safety of your minions. Additionally, you can use the Bushes to reset Minion Aggro after Trading as it will considerably reduce the damage you take from Minions.
The Second way to win Trades is to learn the Cooldowns of your enemy laner. You can abuse this quite easily especially in Low-Elo. If a Jax uses his Q to kill a minion you can walk up and trade since he has lost considerable Kill Pressure until he gets his cooldown back. You also need to Learn to trade Quickly(Check out some Combos you can do with Fiora at the bottom}so that you can do the Maximum amount of damage in the shortest amount of time and then back away.
This is going to be your main way to Rack up a CS Lead, Set up successful ganks and create pressure in the Lane. Here's a video explaining Wave Management.
Freezing is a great Strategy you can use to Rack-up a CS advantage or Set up a Gank for your Jungler. Here's a Video explaining All About Freezing. The Magic Number for a Perma Freeze is 4. If you get 4 Ranged Minions right infront of your turret, you can Freeze the lane Indefinitely provided that you do not have Tiamat.
Advantages of Freezing:
- Denies EXP and CS if You have Kill-Pressure on the Enemy Laner.
- Forces Enemy to Over-extend in Lane making Ganks Easier for your Jungler.
- Creates Pressure which may attract the Enemy Jungler to your lane just to break your Freeze
- Safety from Ganks.
Slow Pushing is another wave Management Technique. Once you get Tiamat you will generally be unable to Freeze the wave for much time. In this Scenario you want to Slow Push. Slow Pushing is basically Racking up a huge wave of your own to Crash into the enemy Turret. This Strat is great to stop Nasus from Free-Stacking off the wave as it will die to turret shots. You can achieve Slow-Pushing by killing the enemy Ranged Minions and Only Last Hitting the Melee ones.
Advantages of Slow-Pushing:
- Denies CS.
- Your Large Minion wave Forces Enemy to avoid taking Trades.
- Minions do a ton of damage to the Enemy Laner if they try to Trade.
- Provides time to Roam or put Deep wards in the Enemy Side.
Split-Pushing Starts during the Mid-game. Before you Run to a Side-Lane and start pushing, remember that your job is Not just taking Turrets. Turrets are important but taking "Objectives" is what you're actually supposed to do. Slow-Push a Wave into the Enemy Turret and Ping your Jungler to Help take the Rift Herald . Usually at around 15-20 Minutes no one is going to walk near the Rift Herald unless they want to take it. Your Lunge allows you to easily Pop the Eye and your Ravenous Hydra will allow you to sustain through its Damage. The Best Place to use the Herald is the Mid-lane as it cuts off a great deal of Path the enemy can take without being Seen. Using Rift Herald in a lane in which the Enemy Snow-balled hard is a great way to Shut them down.
At 20 Minutes the Baron Nashor Spawns. Your Job now is to create Pressure in a Side-lane so that your team can take the Baron. The Side-Lane you want to push is going to be the Bot-Lane. Why? Because if Multiple people from the Enemy team come to deal with you in the Bot-lane they will be a LOT further from the Baron Nashor and your team can easily take it without much Hinderance. Make sure you have Vision around the Important parts of the Enemy Bot-Side Jungle using your Farsight Alteration and Control Ward so that you do not get Killed. Split-pushing is just Intentional Feeding if you keep on Dying to the Enemy while doing it. If you're somehow able to take the Bottom Inhibitor of the Enemy team then your team will have a much easier time doing Baron Nashor since the Enemy now has to deal with Super Minions in their base.
When to try and take turrets during a Split-Push?
If you Mindlessly push waves into turrets and try to take them down you're only asking to be killed. Here the game will test your prowess of looking at the Mini-map. If you see 4 people on the map who are not in your vicinity, then you're free to push-up to the turret since there's only one person who can come to stop you. The Number of people you can simultaneously take on in a side-lane depends on your items/match-ups. The more people you can force to come to you, the better it is for your team.

Where to ward during a split-push?
When Splitting you should have both a Control Ward and your Farsight Alteration. Farsight will be your primary barrier against incoming Flanks. You should Place your Farsight deeper into the enemy Jungle as it has more range which you can utilize to run away if needed. The Control ward should cover any other path you are vulnerable from. If you see people disappear from your mini-map then you should probably back away to a spot you from where you can easily escape until you can see the person again. Ofcourse if you're splitting in bot-lane, you dont have to be wary of someone in Top-lane disappearing from your mini-map unless it's a Pantheon or a similar champion that can basically Teleport to you. Champions like that Make Splitting very hard since you can be outnumbered within seconds.

Fiora Scales Quite Well into the Late-game. After the 40 Minute Mark everyone One-Shots everyone so even if your Champion scales well, you dont want to let the game drag on for too long. Mistakes can be fatal and turrets gets destroyed within seconds.
Once you hit the 40 Minute-Mark, your Gathering Storm should be giving you 48 AD. This is enough AD to Switch One of your Damage item to Defensive Item and Suffer almost No Damage-Loss. If you've gone the "Suggested Build" Route, The Damage item you will Replace is going to be Spear of Shojin. You can Replace it with Spirit Visage if the Enemy has a lot of AP Champions OR with Guardian Angel if they have too much AD. Iceborn Gauntlet is also an Option if you have taken Black Cleaver as your Core item. The Passive on Iceborn Gauntlet and Trinity Force is same and they will not Stack so Never Pick Both.
Split-Pushing Should be done before the 40 Minute Mark because it is not as Effective from Now. By this time you should have taken Atleast The Tier 1 & 2 Turrets of All Lanes and you're gonna need your team to take those inhibitor turrets. Splitting during the Late-game is not a good idea unless you have Teleport. You're better off Sticking with your team and Peeling for your ADC. Your job is to make sure no one can walk up to Melee Range of your ADC without losing all their health. ADCs like Jhin Varus Ashe that do not have Escape Skills will Definitely Need your Help. Again, this may seem like Baby-sitting but There's not much that can be done. If you don't want to be doing this, Either take Teleport OR End the Game before the 40 Minute Mark. If your teammates are Playing Badly and you refuse to Team-up to protect them they will die and you'll lose the game trying to Split-Push.

Both Players are great at what they do and I recommend going through a bunch of their videos since that's how I got most of my game knowledge.
