Diana's Combo: Q->R->E->W+R+Ignite

Early Game: Don't be afraid to farm with your Q. In certain match ups you will be forced to.
You're essentially waiting to hit level 6 so you can go aggressive.

Middle Game: You can push your lane then take wraiths/wolves or roam

late game: Your goal in team fights is to assassinate their ad carry

You dont solo baron, but can solo dragon. (with this build)
