Shadowflame is great against
tanks
and bruisers while also being a very efficient magic penetration option.



With
Cosmic Drive, you gain added mobility and ability power for use in combat with champions. Great when looking to chase down near-dead targets or when you want to create a quick getaway for yourself.

Similar to
Liandry's Anguish,
Demonic Embrace will burn the opponent when hitting them with combat abilities. Though we will gain little value from its first passive (since we aren't likely to build much bonus health), it's still viable for the burn effect during fights and skirmishes.


A spellblade item for
Elise that synergizes nicely with her kit since you can weave in auto attacks after each ability. Great when looking for extra on-hit damage, thus increasing your duelling power in fights and skirmishes.

Very potent on
Elise, and if the stack counts are maintained, you'll increase your kill potential and make you a threat across the rift. Best when taken in matchups where getting stacks will be easy to acquire.
