Hello everyone my name is Doubledoughnut and Renekton is the only reason I began playing league of legends, personally I like brawling with people and Renekton is one of the best at doing just that. Renekton can dish out a good amounts of damage and provide a stun for your team. His kit involves AOE AD, Stun, and a huge health boost/AOE magic damage. Once you get a good grasp on how to play Renekton he becomes really fun and he is never considered a bad pick in normal/ranked game play.

Renekton will need defense to back up his damage, this build will provide you with the sustain needed to exchange with your lane opponent and potentially bully them out of lane to help you start snowballing.

The offensive tree will provide a nice damage boost and cooldown reduction to help harass your enemy.

The Defensive tree will provide a good health bonus along with reducing slows and crowd control effects.

Greater Mark of Attack Damage - to provide more damage to bully your lane opponent

Greater Seal of Armor - helps you sustain in fights against AD top laners

Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist - helps you sustain in fights against AP top laners

Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage - Add more damage to your Cull the Meek

Renekton will need his (W) Ruthless Predator first to harass his lane opponent and get extra attacks off while the enemy is stunned but don't max this first.

Grab your (E) Slice and Dice second this allows you to engage the enemy so that you can harass with your (W) Ruthless Predator and (Q) Cull the Meek max Slice and Dice second.

Your main ability (Q) Cull the Meek gives renekton good AOE damage and sustain just make sure to use it around a group of creeps/heros as often as possible to get as much life back as possible, max this first.

Renektons Ultimate (R) Dominus gives you a huge health bonus and good AOE magic damage that ticks per second, make sure to use this at the right time or to help avoid death.

Flash provides an escape, use it wisely as the CD takes 5 minutes. Helps secure kills or chase fleeing opponents

Ignite when you need to finish off an opponent whose low and provides healing reduction effects

Ghost helps you close the gap on your opponent or provides you with an escape to get away

Teleport Provides your team with global pressure and gives you a chance at ganks or start a good fight

The Red Dots are the most important spots to keep covered.

The Yellow Dot is also good if their jungle/mid keeps coming from that direction or locating jungle invasions.

Ravenous hydra Adds AOE damage to auto attacks, Lifesteal, and Attack Damage This item really helps dish out extra damage to the enemy team when fights break out. You get a passive AOE effect as well as a active AOE ability. Gives a percentage of lifesteal on top of some health regeneration.

Black Cleaver Gives Cooldown Reduction, Health, Attack Damage, and Armor Penetration grabbing this item will give you more sustain on top of damage since your getting lower cooldowns on your abilities with better armor shred. This is definitely a must grab for renekton since you get a lot of benefits from it.

Maw of Malmortius Increased Magic Resist, Absorb Magic Damage passive, and Attack Damage this item will give you the offense you need against magic dealers. The magic shield allows you to absorb a huge amount of damage that would otherwise kill you, and provide added Attack Damage the lower your health goes.

Frozen Mallet Increased Health, Passive Slow Effect, Attack Damage this item can help slow down opponents and potentially catch them fleeing. Adds 700 bonus health with a little attack damage bonus of +30. Very good item and adds more utility as well as sustain to renekton which can help your team in a great way.

Sunfire Cape Increased Armor, Health, and Passive AOE damage this item is really good combined with your ultimate Dominus to add even more AOE damage to the opposing team. Adds 450 bonus health, 45 armor, and 40 magic damage to nearby opponents.

Spirit Visage Increased Magic Resist, Health, Health Regeneration, and Cooldown Reduction this item is the first thing you want to build if your going up against a magic dealer. Perfect item for renekton since it gives cooldown reduction, health, defensive stats, and a 20% increase to all healing effects.

Randuin's Omen Increased Armor, Health, Slows attackers, and gives Active Slow this item is really good against Attack Damage since they become slowed every time they attack you. Using the active on this item can help catch up or start team fights that you want.

Thornmail Increased Armor, Returns a percentage of Attack Damage to enemy this is a really good buy if your going against an all Attack Damage team. You get a huge amount of armor as well as 30% of the damage taken returned to the enemy.

Banshee's Veil Increased Magic Resist, Health, and gives a Magic Shield this item is really good against magic since you can absorb 1 spell every 25 seconds, and also get increased health regeneration when in combat for 10 seconds.

Mercury's Treads Increased Magic Resist, Movement, and Reduces Crowd Control Effects these are the best boots to buy unless your going against an all Attack Damage team.

Ninja Tabi Increased Armor, Movement, and Blocks Attack Damage this is a good buy if your laning against a Attack Damage champion or an all Attack Damage team.

Difficulty - Easy

- Wait for his Counter Strike to fade then poke him
- Force fights early and watch his mana he loses a lot when he combos Leap Strike + Empower

Difficulty - Easy

- Dodge her Broken Wings after the combo get close to poke her
- Try to bait her Valor then Cull the Meek when it fades
- Poke her down before going all in her ult Blade of the Exile deals huge dmg

Difficulty - Easy

- Poke him everytime he tries to cs
- if hes low after lvl6 Ignite to reduce his ult Insanity Potion then finish him
- Don't chase him

Difficulty - Easy

- Dodge his Shadow Dash to avoid unnecessary damage
- He can only poke you with his Vorpal Blade
- Poke him with Cull the Meek and try to force fights with him

Difficulty - Easy

- She can only poke you with her Mark of the Assassin just Slice and Dice then combo her
- Once she hits lvl6 watch her ult stacks Shadow Dance as she will have escape or engage on you

Difficulty - Easy

- Everytime he comes in to cs poke him with Cull the Meek
- Watch for his Q Crushing Blow combo with Warrior Trickster
- Try not to hit his decoy

Difficulty - Easy

- Dodge her Javelin Toss
- Stand behind minions to avoid spears
- Anytime she gets close Slice and Dice and combo her
- Her spears deal less damage the closer you are to her

Difficulty - Easy

- Dodge his Razor Shuriken
- Avoid his Living Shadow combo with E Shadow Slash he will use this to cs
- Zone him out then Slice and Dice to combo when he gets close

Difficulty - Easy

- Use your combo on him when he tries to Siphoning Strike minions
- If you extend to far his Wither can kill you if his jungle shows up
- Poke him down and bait his ult Fury of the Sands or finish him off

Difficulty - Easy

- Get close and poke him with Cull the Meek
- Avoid his Void Spike
- Stand near minions to avoid his passive Unseen Threat
- His Leap can close the gap on you so watch your health

Difficulty - Easy

- When he comes to cs poke him down with your combo
- Avoid his Rupture it could kill you if his jungle shows up
- Once he hits lvl6 poke him down before fighting his ult Feast can kill you

Difficulty - Medium

- Avoid standing near him when he has his Decimate
- combo him when he comes to cs
- Try to stay out of his range of his Apprehend
- Don't get to many Hemorrhage stacks on you once he hits lvl6

Difficulty - Medium

- Dodge his Shock Blast it is an AOE
- Slice and Dice in to combo when hes close
- Stand behind minions to avoid his poke
- Don't let him get behind you he can Thundering Blow you towards his tower

Difficulty - Medium

- Watch for his overheat Junkyard Titan then go in to combo
- Dodge his Electro-Harpoon it can kill you if his jungle shows up
- Bait his Scrap Shield wait for it to fade then poke
- Don't stand in his ult The Equalizer it slows and deals a lot of dmg

Difficulty - Hard

- Try to avoid getting poked by her Neurotoxin / Venomous Bite
- Watch her mana she goes oom fast but don't engage if you have low health
- Her human form deals more dmg if your health is high, spider form deals more if your health is low
- Avoid her Cocoon she will combo you with high burst dmg
- Stand around minions to avoid her Volatile Spiderling
- Her spider form doesn't use mana

Difficuly - Hard

- Fight him early and brawl before he gets to tanky
- Don't stay in lane if your low health he will ult Unstoppable Force and kill you
- Watch his mana and take advantage when hes low

Difficulty - Hard

- Try to force him to go oom early and then engage on him
- Once he gets Tear of the Goddess just stay back and call for ganks on him
- Don't melee him he heals with his Omen of Famine
- Don't over extend in lane he has a slow with his Omen of Pestilence
- Don't brawl with him if hes lvl6 unless he is oom
- This lane is gonna be extremely hard stay back and keep up in cs

Difficulty - Hard

- Has good health regeneration outside of combat
- Bait his Q Decisive Strike so he doesn't combo you
- Use your W before he does get close enough to Q so you can back away safely
- Let him push the wave so your jungle can help you get the kill
- If you get low use your ult in case he flash ults with Demacian Justice

Difficulty - Hard

- Don't get to close early he will combo with Aegis of Zeonia and Heartseeker Strike
- He will poke you all day with Spear Shot
- Pre 6 this lane can be very rough and cause you to fall behind
- Let him push the wave and wait for your jungler to show up for the kill
- Once your 6 you should be able to beat him easily if your not too far behind

When a fight breaks out try to position yourself around as many enemies as possible to dish out the highest AOE damage with Cull the Meek and Dominus. Slice and Dice in and lock up the priority targets with Ruthless Predator. Continue pounding on their face until nobody is left or they start running like cowards.

Renekton is one of my favorite champions to play in normal and ranked games, if you like getting into the middle of team fights then you will not regret picking him as he deals heavy damage and his ultimate is one of the best in the game.
