Runes

On almost every build, get armor and magic resist. However, if you want to be a complete lane bully, get all damages and crits.

Masteries

Thunderlord's Decree is a must get mastery. If you are support, I recommend Bond of Stone .

Items

This always varies. However, Manamune is always necessary (if you are going AP, get Archangel's Staff. Other items I recommend are: Black Cleaver, Death's Dance, Iceborn Gauntlet, Frozen Heart, and Lord Dominik's Regards.

Acid Hunter first. Always. Don't ask why.
